Tie your whumpee up by their wrists, rough rope digging into their skin. Then whip them, over and over, until their legs give out and they slump against the post. Until each breath is a ragged, desperate gasp, until the world spins around them and stars to fade in and out of focus, until all they can hear is the snap of the whip and their own blood dripping on the ground.

I LOVE me a good rough caretaker. Give me a man who does the BARE minimum. A caretaker who well.. doesn't care. They're rough, and they throw whumpee around. They don't have any time for whumpee's shit. When they need to bandage wounds or administer medicine they don't ease whumpee through it, they just hold them down until they bruise and the ordeal is done. Whumpee is only touched when necessary, and comfort is a rare occurrence they can only dream of. Sure, they're not being hurt and all their needs are met but at least with whumper they were able to enjoy a few pleasant touches.
