Coffee is great for my concentration except if I add any kind of sweetener to it. Devastating. That being said, Panera’s iced coffee is so good 🤎

I feel really alone right now. Grieving by yourself is probably the loneliest thing you can do.

My friend killed himself last week and I keep feeling like I'm ok, and then suddenly I'm not. I'm sad he's gone, but I also hate that he felt so alone. He has kids and family and friends, things to look forward to in the future. He saw all of that and still felt like it was better to take his life. I'm so sad he was hurting so much. I wish he wasn't gone.
