I had a teddy, and I thought why wouldn't I dress him as Clive. So here you go. All of the clothes are individually removable

I'll redo his coat another day, I don't like the lining it's too light, but didn't had enough fabric so welp (fun fact, his vest is made out of some of my old bed sheets, makes him even softer and comfy)

I had to make a poster for possibly entering an artschool, and it have been weeks I thought of Flora as a machanical puppet, so here you go.

i can ramble about the designs so here below is it if you wanna get inside of my brain

(I mention some stuff of Lost future and Azran Legacy here so !! !!!! BEWARE)

Firts i wanna say something, the way i redesigned them wasn't just thinking "oh yeah male and female alligned clothes heheh" but keeping the balance of colors in comparison with the original designs, i didn't want to add too much in a character that doesn't have "too much" going on, nor taking stuff to a character that HAS "stuff" going on.

Professor Layton

Didn't thought of a name yet lol. I didn't change too much about the design since i really like how the original look...

But the things i did change are

Face shape: I gave Layton a rounder face shape like Rachel, his mother.

Hair: There isn't any (at least that i found) female characters with short hair in PL- but to mimic that i put Layton's hair in a bun! because they are easy to make, and we saw Layton donesn't give too much attention to his own office, or his own sleep schedule- why would he use his time to make something more difficult with his hair? DOESNT MAKE SENSEEEE

Shirt and coat: Okay for this one i used Katrielle's design for reference, taking the proportions of her own coat and dress.

Luke Triton (or Lucy!)

Again, i didn't change too much because i really like the design,,, At first the only thing i changed was the hair since luke's clothes can be worn by any other girl in the game tbh. But that sounded too boring-

Things that i changed:

Hair: His hair is longer (for the same reason i said before) but i still wanted to keep the spikes in some way, so there they are!

Shorts: Now they are skirt shorts (or a skort but that name sounds dub). If i redesign his design from when he was 10, i would like to give him a skirt, since its the first time he meets Layton, but when he becomes his apprentice, Luke would stop wearing skirts because how inpractical they are for the adventures (not because he doesn't like skirts). So the designs of MM and AL he would use shorts, at 13 he starts using skirt shorts since they give the same vibe as skirts but are way more useful (for hims y'know). Also it looks cute

Stockings: It looks cute too. NEXT ONE

Future Luke (Clive Dove... OR CLAIRE DOVE?!?!?!?!)

I'm using Claire's name THATS RIIGHT (so you know, Claire would be named Clive etc.) because hehehe hoho mmm i super smart and they are connecter and stuuuf you kkknpwpwwoe.

Hair: The same reason as i said before.

Neck tie: When i was looking for female characters with blazers and neck ties i didn't find any lol, just them using blazers. So to keep the "blue" in there i decided to give her a lace!

Shorts and Socks: Now they are a skirt and thigh-high socks. That's it, she isn't wearing skirt shorts BUT a skirt. I was thinking "damn how i can compaer with the stupidity of clive's shorts..." because the shorts looked quite good on her- and i remembered my thought process with Luke's redesign. A skirt is an awful choice for an adventure, a Future Luke would know WAY better than just using a skirt. And the thigh-high socks looks funny lol.

Flora Reinhold (or Floriant)

FLORA WAS really a challenge, since she's using a dress... so i changed everything but her boots (because they are super cool) a text would work better to explain her redesign more than a list.

I was going for the "Prince-looking" design. Flora is the damsel in distress for Layton and Luke, right? so how can i match that? Prince vibes! someone who needs to be protected because of their value, someone way more important... and sure, someone underestimated.

The bow brom her hair now is in her neck, the coat matches the length of her dress, and the waistband, well, flora's waistband lol.
