True story that will make you cry
So, last weekend I was working at my aunts booth at the Roots and Blues music festival, and this little girl shows up and what happened broke my fucking heart. She was just standing there and then throughout the whole thing she was screaming and crying and it's just… God it was so sad. She had this huge ice cream cone and the whole thing fell on the ground before she took a single bite.

If you need to spy on something at your house
Use a GoPro. Place it in a convenient place to see everything and turn it on. It's such a casual item that people wouldn't suspect it, hey there's a GoPro lying around. Look at that. Nothing suspicious over here.

This is the heartwarming moment a circus lion feels grass and soil beneath its feet after spending 13 years locked in a tiny cage.
The big cat, named Will, had travelled in a small cart for more than a decade, forced to perform as the circus moved around America. But Will’s fate was to take a dramatic turn after he was rescued by Ranchos dos Gnomos Santuario in Brazil and given a new home. After being released from the cold metal cage, the lion immediately ran over the soft soil and grass, rubbing its paws into the earth before rolling over and taking in all the new sights and smells. The amazing footage was actually recorded back in 2006, but has only just been made available to the public. This is Cal. He's a horse my aunts working with training right now, and the reason I wanted to show you is because he reminds me so much of Cas. First off, hes a black Morgan and I think we ALL know that if Cas was a horse he'd be a black Morgan. Secondly, his personality matches so well, Cal is a bit awkward and doesn't fit in with most other horses. To be honest, most of them hate him for his lack of personal space. That pulls into the next bit, like Castiel, our beloved angel, he doesn't have any concept of personal space to the point we're surprised he hasn't gotten kicked yet. Also, hes got a few quirks. For example, he sometimes spooks at nothing and he licks.

Writing advice
if anyone is out there trying to write a character with anxiety, here’s some tips, brought to you by an antisocial teen with anxiety.
to start off, i know there’s already a post out there in this but i just wanted to remind everyone,
I-if you’re c-character is st-stuttering from n-nerves, th-they don’t usually t-talk like th-this. Instead, they usually start, they usually start over, or, or, they repeat certain words, and sometimes they even, sometimes they’ll start over and, and change it too.
Moving on, lets do a little chat on panic attacks vs anxiety attacks. Before I start, I’d just like to say I’m not entirely sure what the difference is, I’ve had more panic attacks than anxiety attack, but I’ve done some research and I think I’ve got a good idea of how to tell the difference. Let’s kick off with some similarities though. In both panic and anxiety attacks, different people usually have different symptoms, but from my experience, in both you’ll notice a difficulty in breathing. Your chest tightens and it feels like you can’t get a full breath of air, like you’re suffocating. Also in both, you’re heartrate will go up a lot, due to the breathing issues present. Only in an anxiety attack, you can’t feel your heart accelerating, whereas in a panic attack, sometimes you can feel it pounding on your ribs. You tend to get really lightheaded and sometimes dizzy, also because of the increased heartrate and lack of oxygen.
alright now for some differences. In a panic attack, at least for me, you’ll start to get uncomfortable tingling sensations in your body. For me it’s usually in my upper teeth, nose (i know, weird places), arms, legs, and sometimes just my entire head too. Like i already said, you can sometimes feel your heart pounding on your chest like it’s trying to jump out or something. You get really lightheaded and dizzy and often you’ll have a hard time standing or walking after a bit because of the dizziness. That, and you’ll start to feel a lot weaker. Your legs will be shaking and you may have a hard time lifting some things, even if they aren’t overly heavy. You also tend to panic, it’s in the name so i mean obviously, and panicking makes it worse, so you’re stuck in this paradox where you need to calm down to breath but your lack of breath makes you panic. And against what a lot of people might think, it can last hours. I once had one that lasted about three or four hours, and in extreme cases you can actually pass out from it. That’s  what happened to one of my close friends. At that point you should call the hospital because that’s when you need medical help. Everyone who experiences panic attacks has signs of when they’re close to getting into one, signs sometimes they don’t even recognize *cough my problem cough*, and often they don’t realize how close they are themselves. Usually it’s a repeated action, like i have a friend who starts rubbing things like the wall or a table when she’s getting close, or suddenly becoming more withdrawn from the world, staring of into the distance looking stressed.
Some common triggers for panic attacks can be things like traumatic experiences, reminders of past trauma, sounds like gunshots(something that’s triggered me in the past) or fireworks explosions etc, thinking too much about something you’re afraid of (also something that’s triggered a PA for me), the loss of a loved one, breakups, the loss of a pet, and some other things depending on what the characters past experiences are or what kind of character they may be.
Now moving on to anxiety attacks. Anxiety attacks are a bit like panic attacks but, in my opinion, slightly less serious. I find that where panic attacks are usually triggered by something kind of more instant, anxiety attacks are more from an overwhelmingly stressful situation. Again though, I'm not 100% on some of the stuff about anxiety attacks. Anyways, in an anxiety attack, it usually doesn’t last more than 5-15 minutes. You don’t get all the weird tingly sensations like in a panic attack, but you can feel the dizziness from having a hard time breathing. Often times your heart will speed up and you don’t usually notice it, and your breathing, just like a PA, feels restricted. You’ll also feel really weak and unstable from this. Like for a PA, there’s always signs. Like, as i said for the panic attacks, being suddenly withdrawn from the world, if they suddenly seem to be taking shorter breaths, I can’t really name any others because i don’t know my signs and i don’t know anyone else who’s had them. I don’t really need to list off triggers because they’re very similar to those for a panic attack, but one i do know is something that triggers me is overwhelming crowds, or just being overwhelmed in general, like that feeling when you’re caged up inside yourself and you’re trapped even when you’re alone.
anyways, more about anxiety in general. Now, a lot of people who have anxiety aren’t anxious 24/7. it’s little things that may build it up, like being a couple minutes late for something. A lot of the time people with anxiety will have a hard time in situations where all eyes are on them, for the fear of embarrassing themselves. Like they won’t enter a room first, or they won’t show people how to do things for the fear of getting it completely wrong, even if they’ve done it a thousand times. Sometimes they can have a hard time with small things like asking to go to the bathroom in class when everyone's quiet, i know that’s an issue i have. Or if something takes too long, you can start getting anxious. If you need to be somewhere at a specific time, you get worried you’ll end up late or missing it even if you left an hour early. And if you’re too early, you worry its the wrong place or you got the wrong time because no ones there. When someone is anxious, often times they get quieter, and they’ll feel trapped, and they’ll just want to curl up and escape the situation, go home and hide up in their room where its safe. Sometimes they get more emotional and they can’t stand doing the things that give them anxiety in those moments, they’ll do almost whatever it take to get away from it without going through it in extreme cases. And sometimes it’s even little things like texting an old friend to say hi because you think you’re annoying them. Sometimes you worry about things that aren’t even there, and if someone is busy a lot sometimes it makes you worried that they don’t actually have something to do and they just don’t like you. People with anxiety also often apologize a lot, and they’ll need a lot of reassurance that they’re needed/wanted/loved in certain cases. Also, someone with anxiety tends to stress about doing things that have gotten them hurt in the past, like say they accidentally annoyed someone with their anxiety, or they got too close and clingy and scared the person away, those things haunt them for life and they almost never get over the irrational fear they have of scaring people away. And people with anxiety can be clingy sometimes. If you get close to them and stick around with them through everything, and you get just close enough, they can become dependant on you because they sometimes have a hard time interacting with others or they have bad past experiences and have lost a lot of people close to them. Sometimes they also accidentally distance themselves out of anxiety because they feel like they’re unwanted, so they just don’t make the effort because they assume they’re just making they other person hate them more.
anyways, that’s all i can think of for this topic, so i hope this helps. If anyone as anything to add please feel free, i probably missed a lot.

My favorite thing ever is probably when someone is telling someone else to stop but they're yelling through bursts of giggles and laughter while the second person is being an idiot
