originally from a really small town in the middle of the splatsville desert, they would participate in turf battles with the other kids there. These turf games were typically really messy with modified and unofficial rules, sort of an "everything goes" kinda deal. They were the person to go to for weapon fixes and modifications. When she moved to spaltsville city, she didnt understand the official rules/didnt think they really mattered that much and modded weapons illegally and ended up being banned from turf, resulting in them being stuck working at Grizzco for a while. Grizzco is where they met @r1kafy 's oc Syren :] also over time met @smoothgator 's oc Flapjack and @silly-guy-supreme 's Kman and they formed a band together called KFMS

He's a full time Toni Kensa model and on the side just for fun he does pinup modeling for several different magazine companies. Hes really flirty and uses pet names constantly for poor Hapa- He grew up in inkopolis but moved to Splatsville for a change of scenery and he got transferred there for work and is now the splatsville rep for kensa. He's also one of KFMS's biggest (and only) fans. Doesnt play turf much but he's mostly a dualies main (any kind) and he HATESSSS salmon run w his life he cant get past overachiever

The autism incarnate <3 he's highkey obsessed w senta but not in the creepy way but the autism way- like celebrity crush ish??? but anyways he's collected practically every single pic of senta to exist ever. (including the spicy ones from his pinup modeling) He has chronic resting bitch face but hes a masdive sweetheart. He also purrs/growls when affectionate (sounds like two rocks rubbing against each other) i have the wild hc that the radula in octos and squids moved to the back of their throat and they can rub it against the back of their throat to make a purring sound

for those who wanna read, here's hapasen first meeting :]

Toni Kensa definitely was known for it’s plain black and white outfits, but Senta often wondered what the ordinary people of Splatsville wore paired with Kensa. He’s seen the many outfit choices of the cephalopods over in Inkopolis, but Splatville’s environment is so vastly different from his home city, with the dry and hot summers, he wonders if he could run a photoshoot with strangers around the city that are wearing the brand. He’s only been here a few months and he's yet to find many people wearing the brand.

After approval from his manager, he takes a team of jellyfish photographers and donning his inkfall button up and circle shades atop his head, he sets off for the streets of Splatsville. He and his team wander about the streets, passing by Grizzco and greeting the TableTurf staff with a wave. Senta’s wandering eyes lay upon a dark skinned octoling with long bright yellow tentacles with blue circles scattered along the tips. The man wore white ochophones around his neck, paired with a deep crimson plain shirt, ripped black jeans with patches from bands that Senta didn't recognize scattered about and a pair of punk blacks. across his shoulders he wore a Toni Kensa dark bomber jacket, Senta’s perfectly beautiful subject.

The jellies all flailed around, excited that they had finally found someone to photoshoot, meanwhile Senta just stood, in utter awe at how someone could look so eye-catching and entirely unaware of their own beauty. Perhaps it was just the way the late afternoon sun rays were reflected off the man’s tentacles, but Senta quickly grew nervous, but ever so gently sauntered up to the octopus and sat next to him. Looking up from his phone, his eyes immediately went wide, likely recognizing Senta from his modeling. Senta was the first to speak, “Uhm. Hi, so I’m a model for Toni Kensa and we’re doing a different kind of shoot today and are looking for people wearing the brand and asking if they would like to model with me. I noticed you’ve got the dark bomber jacket on your shoulders and was wondering if you’d like to join me today?” Senta was only met with stunned silence from the other. “Of course, if you’re busy or something you don’t have to, I can lea-”

“I want to. I’d love to.” the octo’s voice was deep and gravely, startling the model, but hearing the other agree eased his nerves. “Ah! great! anywhere in particular you’d like to set up? The lighting here isn't the greatest since the sun is starting to set. Do you have a favorite spot nearby?”

“Uh. Yeah actually, up the ramps over there is a really nice spot. I like to sit there and listen to the kids who play music in the nearby apartments. The view there is really pretty.” The octo pointed up to the area he was referring to, and Senta agreed, it does seem like a rather gorgeous spot to relax.

The only problem is the large, heavy cameras that his crew has to carry up the ramps. However, almost as if he were reading his mind, the octopus spoke up, “Don't worry about the cameras by the way, I can help carry them up if you want. The name’s Hapalo by the way, or just Hapa.”

“Are you sure, Hapa? They’re extremely heavy…”

“Yeah I’ll be fine, I use heavy and hydra splatlings regularly.” And with that, the crew all began heading to the van with all their equipment in it, Senta handing over the large camera to Hapa, who was easily able to carry it without much difficulty and he began heading to the ramps, leaving Senta standing there dumbfounded at the other cephalopod’s sheer strength. Senta quickly grabbed two cases of equipment and sprinted to catch up with the other.

“Oh wow, you really weren’t kidding when you said you were strong, those things are easily 100 pounds or more ahaha…”

“Hm. It’s not that much heavier than my heavy splatling. I uhm. Can lift 120 easily. I work out regularly…” He spoke, shying away from the other with the slightest yellow tint to his ears.

“120?! Oh wow, you could totally lift me up with that strength… ahaha… you know, if you like… wanted to. for the photoshoot, that is!”

“Oh! Uhm… I guess I could… Anyways! We’re at the top now, do we only need the one camera or should I go grab another? We can set up by the benches or something.”

“Uhm. Just one should be fine for now, let's just start setting up while we wait for the jellies.”

After a couple minutes, the rest of the crew join the two already at the site and they work together setting things up. By this time, the sun has ever so slightly begun to set, with the clouds just beginning to shift to brilliant shades of pink and orange. The crew has to work quickly while there’s still plenty of light, adjusting and readjusting Hapa and Senta’s poses, with Senta giving small tips to Hapa while he poses solo for a couple photos. By the time the sun was nearly below the horizon, the crew wanted just one more set of the two together. One jelly in particular began adjusting them both, pushing them closer together, moving Hapa’s hand to Senta’s waist, bringing even more yellow shades to Hapa’s cheeks and a slight upwards curl to the end of his tentacles. When Hapa tried to hide his face behind said tentacles, however, the jelly moved his face to look back at Senta. The other was getting the same treatment from the jelly, having his body readjusted to angle towards the camera ever so slightly, brushing up against Hapa's body gently. The photo was taken, and the two both let out a puff of air that neither knew they were holding. The two relax and while the crew looks over the photos, the two decide to sit on the bench and wait.

“Well, thanks for doing this with me, sorry about it being such a sudden thing, what with some well known Kensa model choosing you to be a model for the day.”

“Oh, it's no problem, really. I didn't have any plans today anyways so it was nice to spend time with you. Besides, you’re pretty nice to talk with, it’s not every day that someone like myself gets to be part of a modeling job.”

“And it’s certainly not every day that a model like myself gets to meet such a strong and pretty octo! You really have some kinda natural talent for modeling, you were so relaxed the whole time.”

“Pretty?? Ah. Uhm. Thank you. You’re also pretty, uh, pretty. Oh, but I guess you kinda have to be if you’re a model and all. Not that you have to be pretty to be a model! I just mean that… Ugh nevermind. That was stupid. I just mean that like, you’re nice to look at. I guess.”

“Ehehe, you’re cute when you’re all flustered like that. I didn't know octolings’ tentacles curl up with emotions, it's cute.”

“Wh… Ah. They did it again- This is embarrassing I’m sorry… I just look up to you a lot and you choosing me to do this was really nice…Uh, my tentacles do that out of reflex, it’s like a genetic thing I guess? They move around a lot and stuff without me wanting them to…”

“Don't be sorry for something you can't control! Would it be alright if I try and get them to relax? I’m not entirely sure how to, but maybe petting them will help?”

“Oh! Uhm I suppose it could, just watch the piercings and chains.”

And with that, the two sat and waited for the jellies to finish up, Senta petting Hapa’s tentacles, seemingly doing more flustering than calming. But it was still nice, just the two of them sitting and watching the jellies rush about. A minute or two passes and the same jelly from before comes rushing back to the two, tugging at Senta’s sleeve.

“Oh! I guess it's time to go then! Let me put my number in your phone, I wanna get to know you more~”

“Ah, alright, here…”

The inkling quickly typed in his number and handed the phone back to Hapa. He looked at the contact and it read “The Cutie Model” before he could respond though, the model in question was already helping pack up the equipment, with a tint of navy blue on his cheeks. Hapa quickly went to go help put stuff away as well, but just as he was about to begin carrying the camera back down, he caught a sight of faint glowing dots scattered about the inkling’s cheeks and ears. In the early twilight, under the nearby yellowed lamp, the model began to show his soft bioluminescent freckles to the world. Hapa could only stand there, stunned at the beauty in front of him.
