The real accident wasn’t her soggy diaper, or that she had been wearing a diaper at all. It was telling someone about it. Now she found herself increasingly having to follow his suggestions. And, he had lots of those. 

On this day, early in her newfound experience of being accountable to diapering, she was asked to take some tummy time. That hit her surprisingly hard. Tummy time. Even if she had been able to somehow rationalize wearing and using diapers - adults do use diapers for incontinence - there was no way to make tummy time sensical. It was purely … infantile. Or submissive. She felt both. She was also wearing ABDL diapers, as a punishment for, well, she wasn’t sure. It was getting hard to keep track. Yet, there she was, in diapers with a design. 

As though that were not enough, she had been in front of the mirror trying to figure out how to create outfits that work with big, bulky, noisy, colorful … diapers. She knew it was inevitable that she would get put in ABDL diapers when needing to go somewhere fancy or important, and wanted to make the best of this predicament by trying things on so she'd be prepared.

And that’s when he interrupted with tummy time. 

So, caught in her heels, a bra she’d probably wear on a date (would there ever be any more of those?) and an ABDL diaper, she did as she was told: set down a blanket and lay on her tummy for 15 minutes.

While laying there, so vulnerable and innocent-feeling, she grabbed her phone to distract from the absurdity of the moment by searching for dresses she thought might have sufficient structure to hide the outline of a diaper yet were flattering enough to look good in. As if doing that wasn’t absurd…
