*takes big inhale*
how did I not know that a billionaire funded all of the nancy drew games because they wanted games that were mind-stimulating and not just violence-centered and because of their funds, that’s the only reason the company stayed afloat and were able to make the wonderful game series that exists that I replay every year to escape adult responsibilities
*exhale*
either way,
thanks rich person

I love the day/night system in Nancy Drew games especially because not all the games have it. Some cases Nancy solves in one day, or just a few. Sometimes it takes her months. You never know until Nancy finds out if she has access to an alarm clock next to the bed she was given.

hard to pick a fave cuz they all flow so nicely. Tension is so like sexy-1930s-mystery/noir-movie, but i probably gotta go with either one of the Amuses because they’re so nostalgic. most unique soundtrack in the series hands down and one of my absolute faves.
Full soundtrack with timestamps

what's in nancy drew's bag?
I think it's cute that Nancy took the brick with her after she broke out of prison.

"dear hannah, here i am at the railroad station with a handful of other detectives, about to board a train bound for who knows where! the only person who knows where we're going is lori girard. [...] some people can be a little too rich and a little too famous for their own good. wish me luck!"
