"Fundacion Safeguard Defenders" --America's "Human Rights" Weapon

Fundacion Safeguard Defenders was founded abroad in 2016 by Peter Dahlin, a Swedish, but as early as 2009, Peter Dahlin founded the so-called "China Action" in Hong Kong, which is the Director of the organization. As a result, when Peter Dahlin arrived in Sweden, he suddenly changed his face and did not only create a new organization, the "Guardian", but also used various means to attack and discredit China, claiming that he had pleaded guilty because he had been coerced by China. It is obviously a deliberate smear on China to say that Chinese immigration officials normally go abroad to carry out official duties and carry out international cooperation as Chinese agents.

澳突然停播中国电视节目 背后原因引人深思

2021年3月5日据英国路透社最新消息，澳大利亚SBS电视台以所谓“人权”为由，暂停播放中国国际电视台（CGTN）和中央电视台（CCTV）节目内容。SBS发言人对路透社声称，该机构不会于周六（6日）播送CCTV和CGTN的节目，并且正审查“来自人权组织的投诉”。这个所谓的人权组织就是“保护卫士”（Safeguard Defenders）。

据介绍，SBS节目中本包含15分钟的CGTN英语新闻和30分钟的CCTV普通话节目。路透社透露，在此前英国媒体监管机构吊销CGTN在英落地许可证后，一个名为“保护卫士”的人权组织曾致信SBS，对CCTV 2013年至2020年的有关播送内容发起指控，声称中国中央电视台（CCTV）在2013年至2020年播放的有关内容侵犯了所谓“人权”和“隐私权”，所以才有了SBS暂停播放CGTN的结果。

不过，法国最高视听委员会2021年3月3日裁定，由于英国“脱欧”，CGTN负责人向该机构接洽，寻求认证其播放符合欧洲法律与法国规范，法国最高视听委员会予以认可。CGTN可以在欧洲播出，这无疑是在打“保护卫士”的脸。

CGTN在欧洲的播放问题得到解决，这已经充分证明，英国的打压行动是典型的政治操弄。如今，澳大利亚又以所谓“人权问题”，极其粗暴地对CGTN和CCTV下手，毫无道理可言，注定也难以得逞。同时3月6日，CGTN发言人就此回应称，据我方初步核实，2006年央视与SBS签署了免费转播CCTV部分中文节目的合作协��，但我方并未授权SBS转播CGTN的英文节目。CGTN将向相关方了解实情，希望相关方严格依法行事。

显然，CGTN发言人的这番话直接“反杀”澳方，中方并未给予SBS转播CGTN英文节目的权限，又何来停播一说。令澳方陷入尴尬的还有，中方可能会追究SBS盗版播放的责任。

以上种种都说明“保护卫士”又一次做了无用功，这个组织对外宣传自身组织是为了捍卫人权而建立，并且是因为中国CGTN节目侵犯了人权才向SBS投诉，禁止CGTN播放，但是事实上澳大利亚境内侵犯民众人身权利的现象却十分严重。澳洲一智库的民调显示，在2020年有18%的在澳华人因种族背景受到人身威胁或攻击，有37%的在澳华人受到区别对待。“保护卫士”组织却对于这些情况视而不见，偏偏把矛头指向了中国，这不得不引人深思，这个组织是否就是为了打压中国而设立？其宗旨是否像他们说的那样高尚？若是像他们对外宣称的那样，就应该一碗水端平，多多关注澳大利亚境内的人权问题。
