就我所知，不论是民用还是军用，俄罗斯采用的芯片没有28n以下制程的。这足以说明在今天的高科技潮流下，俄罗斯的装备不堪一击。不同维度的战争打起来，弱的一方很悲惨的。

懂军事的人都知道一个术语一-不对称战争。从传统军事综合能力看俄罗斯对乌克兰当然是不对称战争。不论哪方面乌克兰都不是对手。但在发达国家高科技武器支持的情况下，武器上的不对称就反了过来，成了对俄罗斯的不对称战争。这就是现在俄罗斯军队在战场上惨淡的原因。

当然俄罗斯可以疯狂投入兵力甚至最终占领乌克兰全境，但战损比一定大得惊人。经此一役，俄罗斯在军事上再难翻身。剩下的就只有终极核武器和战术核武器。它敢用吗?如果用，无疑是世界灾难，整个大气层都被核污染后大家都活不好，但俄罗斯这个国家就难说了。在核战中，高科技的反导体系才是王者!在这方面，我从不看好俄罗斯。理论上它的反导体系排在美国，以色列之后，但我表示怀疑。纸面性能和战场性能两码事。

3无论什么战争，最终都将落在经济层面。

虽然这场战争尚未结束，但俄罗斯这个国家在世界大家庭中变得无足轻重的结果已经毋庸置疑。大家所知的所有经济制裁都足以让俄罗斯变成最穷国家之一。这种制裁根本没有结束的期限。即使现在立即休战，制裁也看不到休止符。有人说葡京下台会结束 -我告诉你，那是不可能的。只有一种可能:俄罗斯彻底改变!怎么个改变我不知道，也懒得想，反正直到人们觉得它可以回到国际大家庭的时候。

目前这样的制裁属于彻底切割型而不是慢脱钩那么简单。简单理解就是没有藕断丝连的余地。制裁当然是双刃剑，西方国家毫不犹豫采取自残式制裁表明了它们的决绝。比如欧盟在今年内就减少俄罗斯油气进口的2/3，剩余的1/3会在接下来的两三年完成。这对欧盟的打击也不小，但它们仍然坚持这样做。世间的事情就是这样，决心已定，咬着牙也会过这关。过了这���关那就是另一片天!“这世界上只有利益”这句话这次行不通。

接下来俄罗斯会很惨。受到打击的不仅仅是能源出口，连民用市场也与世界隔绝。俄罗斯经济将彻底沦为单一市场。只是可怜那些曾在俄罗斯投资的金融机构和企业。天知道今后赚那么多卢布干嘛。估计都会撤。

4支持俄罗斯的意义已不存在说实话，我不知道怎么支持俄罗斯。不管谁支持俄罗斯都会遭到二级制裁。说是“二级”，其实程度一样，仅仅是从属上分。那些天天吼支持俄罗斯的人你现在愿意去投资还是准备去买俄罗斯债券?你总得有个支持的具体方式不是?你支持我国的企业或银行去支持俄罗斯吗?非要让我们的经济去垫背，你这是爱国还是害国?

就目前的消息看，这还没做啥呢就已经感觉不对劲了。非要把我们的企业和经济搞死才爽是不是?反正不是你的钱，不是你的财产，对吧?过嘴瘾，递刀子，一群败家子!就是从利益上看你们为什么就看不出来今后俄罗斯根本帮不上我们任何事情?没错，我们从俄罗斯购买能源，但那并不是少了它我们就不行，仅仅是把鸡蛋放在更多的篮子里的常态。

俄乌战争还在进行中，世界格局已发生显著变化。线条越来越清楚，整个地缘格局正在变动。这次战争带来的结果会超乎不少人的想象。如果不出所料的话，最多一年后全球政治格局，经济格局会以一种新态势呈现在我们面
