from my POV I see him as one of the strongest healers in history

if he has discovered light bending powers then he would be even more powerful

my theroy is that Will could have been one of the seven, but since he didn't know about the latter powers yet, it put him on the bubble. and id like to think Apollo would try to be a Good Dad and convince Hera he isn't because the Apollo cabin had too many counselors die in the Titan war and they don't need Will at risk too.
