Es ist noch zu erwähnen, dass die Fälschung des Beweismaterials mit Verweis auf Quellenschutz und Konspirative Ermittlungen behördenintern verdunkelt wird, indem die Originalkommunikation gelöscht wird und stattdessen eine Exceldatei mit den Kommunikationsdaten weitergeleitet wird, sodass kein Entdeckungsrisiko für die kriminellen Ermittler besteht.

Die Vorgehendweise ist bewiesenermaßen so :

1. Ein leichtes Opfer auswählen das sich nicht wehren kann, z.B. einen älteren Herrn und Familienvater.

3. Beweismaterial fälschen: Statt in der Ermittlungsakte zu schreiben, dass die Anfrage, Dick-Picks zu senden vom Opfer verneint wurde, wird „irrtümlich“ aufgenommen : Tatverdächtiger fragte, ob er Dick-Picks versenden darf.

4. Tatverdacht behaupten, Opfer öffentlich ale „verfickter Hurensohn“, „Pedo“, „Fotze“ oder „Untermensch“ verläumden.

5. Mittels Hacker-Angriff unbemerkt Kinderpornografisches Material auf den Computer des Opfers überspielen, welches jedoch vom Opfer selbst nicht zu sehen ist.

6. Eine Hausdurchsuchung veranlassen.

7. Auf dem beschlagnahmten Computer werden „Schatten“ von Kinderpornografie gefunden, was das Opfer jedoch weder wissen noch sehen konnte, was jedoch zu einer Verurteilung des Opfers führt.

8. Weil der Computer und das Handy des Opfers beschlagnahmt wurden ist es dem Opfer unmöglich, seine Unschuld zu beweisen. Die Täter-accounts der kriminellen Ermitler werden nach Tatbegehung gelöscht.

9.Tausende Planstellen werden begründet und die Aufklärungsquote beträgt 100 Prozent.
