HB Entertainment Update! ByeongKyu is cleared of the accusation against him

According to HB Entertainment,

"Previously, HB Entertainment took legal measures against several netizens who provoked baseless school bullying rumors via online community posts. One defendant has since admitted that the post they made online was false, and has submitted a formal letter of apology for their wrongful actions. Regarding the ongoing investigation, actor Jo Byung Kyu has submitted various pieces of evidence including his past school records, as well as testimonies from close teachers and classmates who watched over him. Another anonymous netizen who published school bullying rumors from a foreign address has also been identified through the police investigation. The defendant will be subject to legal procedures once they arrive in South Korea. HB Entertainment plans to continue responding with strict legal action against any baseless lies and false, malicious rumors against actor Jo Byung Kyu."

He Disappeared

VOMC basically disappeared on thin air after changing his statement. From “Byeongkyu hit him with a karaoke mic” to “He ordered people to bully me and did not bully him directly”.

He also disappeared after ignoring byeong kyu’s answer to his post through his personal instagram account and switched his target; allegedly pointing out that W; BK’s allumni who is helping him is a a staff of HB Entertainment and is not actually an alumni and disappeared again after W pointed out its innocence

I think W is an amazing and loyal friend; dont give up! Lately SchoolBullying MeToo has been a continous trend there are cases like Cho Actor who is being wronged, in such cases not many alumni will come out because of the damage it may cause but after reading W's statement; I can tell that W is not from the agency and is really an aquitance. Reading at W's statement it seems like he lost contact with CBK for many years yet he's someone who came rushing to help a friend in need. CBK being in NewZ (the writer wrote netherlands LOL must be a cute mistake) and VOMC knows about this and started to spread rumors thinking CBK wont have a friend to back him up; One voice from a friend like this (backing CBK up) makes a huge difference. Please dont give up.

ive been silently observing the MeToo school bullying cases involving celebrities I fully understand what Mr VOMC's position At first i am thinking it was just another anon hiding trying to ruin someone elses' career, mistakenly exposed its identity after uploading his name on his own instagram story; added that the actor didnt stay in NZ for too long and since it was a long time ago; no one from his (VOMC)'s acquitance can stand up for him; he looks at @/BK_arta as a push over yet An unexpected friend appeared and actively tried to uncover the truth; and of all people its someone who proclaims he knows VOMC; in VOMC's position this is considered as fucked up; yet the water is already spilled and his pride has already been hurt, yet admitting that this is a lie and saying sorry to the people he knows would be a huge embarassment, holding on to the idea of  22 (Wqwq BK's alumni) being someone from the agency; trying to pretend he is a victim until the end; other people may have their own opinions but this is of my own At the end; i do understand VOMC's difficult position BUT the trust is slowly dropping; first and end (statements) are no longer matching; I think that admitting your faults is your best way to escape this before it gets bigger and bigger; just like what said above regardless if 22(wqwq) is with the agency or not the possible financial damage VOMC is to suffer if this was all proven false will not change. I know its hard to drop down your tail (meaning not easy to give up and admit defeat) I suggest to not let your emotions guide you; think of this of what will happen in the long run; and with your conscience ; i hope that you will make the right choice; That's all

The comment below.. reflection of conscience (saying if you have a conscience; just reflect)? Damage in the agency/company?  One should reflect if there is a reason to; and of course looking after a family is something given; is that something one should be cursed for? It is still a speculation (not yet proven) that the victim’s nightmare is because of CBK. Nothing has been proven yet he’s already considered a criminal. Isnt it too early to say that? If CBK is proven guilty later; it is not late to curse at him after regardless. Im not taking any sides; but as for now; i think that observing first is much better.. Just, everytime an actor hits big; issues (writings) like this normally come out.

The self proclaimed victim should take responsibility. Proudly come out and speak out; Hiding? what kind of action is that? What CBK said was correct word by word.

1,2,3 years ago, CBKnim was accused of school bullying but it end up being all false rumors. As per his statement, he is not someone who has never hurt anyone and growing up; he didnt get along with everyone like a saint; and it was of legal; moral and ethical boundaries as he said yet the self proclaimed V insisted on his statement  saying “I was threatened by the company” ; Looking at these alone; no one can conclude who is right (telling the truth). Therefore, we cannot judge who is right and curse on the latter. I do believe that we have to wait carefully for the clarification.

As of now, compared to others who was allegedly did school violence his has the best (response) i see. He is confident with his stance wanting the truth to be revealed, the self proclaimed victim is overseas so compared to others, it might take some time and the case might be difficult.

사실이든 아니든 일단 던져지면사실 파악 없이 물어뜯는 대중이나 기자나 존나 한심하다. 잘못이 없어도 그냥 이렇게 떠도 피해를 입는게 참 ... 안타깝다사실이면 욕먹겠지만 아니면 그냥 대중들은 “아님말고”식일뿐 상처는 고스란히 당사자가 짊어진다.무작정 욕하는 놈들은 좀 대가리에 생각을 하고 댓글 달길 직접적인 피해가 아니라 그냥 툭하고 쓴 글에 사람이 죽을수도있다.

Its pathetic how people and reporters are dragging him down (biting) without having a grasp if this is true or not. When you did nothing wrong and you’re being attacked.. its just sad (regretful) If its true then he would be cursed but if it turns out to be false people will just say “Then no”. Ending the person cornered being hurt.. To those whos been swearing; please think about it for a while; A comment may not be a direct attack but someone might actually die from a plain writing (comment).
