I find it really interesting that the fan's commitment to Grey's Anatomy is a decent part of what has perpetuated it's longevity, but the longevity is what has killed or diminished the characters that the fans are watching for via the actors getting bored and leaving. It's like being punished in some odd way for being loyal.

That’s so kind of you to say! Unfortunately, I have pretty much lost any and all interest in Grey’s Anatomy and no longer feel like I have any understanding of who Jo and Alex are as character’s currently in the show nor enthusiasm in regards to their storyline and therefor I find writing for them to be rather boring and uninspired. I’ll never say never, but I don’t see it happening any time soon. I’m sorry!
