Ok so like. Friendly Fallen Captain, Mithrax. We need some like headcanons and stuff about Our Guardians and Mithrax after their encounter.

You got it Guardian!

-It was very surprising for Mithrax when you didn’t shot him but the Hive Knight instead. He realizes it was intentional, you could’ve shot both of them and gotten the reactor but no you were shooting directly at the Hive Knight and you not even laid one bullet at him. You spared him. You freed him when he gotten stuck even though it was an accident by your Ghost and you showed him that a Fallen and Guardian can meet without killing each out. So he decided to give you the Reactor as a debt paid for his life saved and spared before he teleported away. This surprised you and your Ghost. You wondered how’s he’s been after that encounter.-That was before, you were traveling around the EDZ doing missions. You were traveling the streets on your Sparrow, when suddenly you caught a sight of a Ketch. It didn’t appeared far off in fact, it stopped almost under you. You already saw the Fallen coming out of the hole and dropping down. You couldn’t escape easily and prepare your gun for the group of Fallen around you.-However you heard another Fallen cry and look up to see a familiar Captain getting out of the Ketch and dropping down. He yells at his crew in their language and the Fallen lay down their weapons. Mithrax turns to face you, he gave you a bow. You assume this mean as a respect among the Fallen. That’s what you think at least. -He’s speaks to you in their language, you can’t understand it so you use your Ghost to help translated. He tells you he’s called ‘Mithrax the Forsaken’. From what by his title, it’s more or so likely he’s been abandoned by the other Fallen and only have his crew of those who are still loyal to him. He needs your help. -He needs assistance of finding another way to gain more Ether for his crew. Since the first meeting he was looking for the reactor to use o produce more Ether it would make sense he’s still on the quest to produce more Ether. You decided to assist him on helping him. The light shines in many places. His crew is actually surprised that you’re helping. You and your Ghost planned to find something similar like a reactor.-The best way to find another alternative reactor was with the Cabal. They do have a lot of tech, not as advance as the Vex but impressive. The Fallen hated the Cabal and you’re pretty sure Mithrax had the same feeling with the Cabal also. He speaks to you from your Ghost, which your Ghost does his best to translate what he says. Better to say, the Cabal weren’t thrilled to have you go into their base and proceed to shoot the soldiers or anything that stands in your way to find one. If luck loves you you actually found a reactor that would proven helpful, not as much like the one in Titan but a decent amount. You had to carry it, while being chased by the Red Legion. There was so many fire, red light aiming at you and shields.-Mithrax appreciated your help for helping his crew. You’re allowed in their Ketch to visit him and his crew. The crew is still iffy about you but you did help them with their Ether problem so they’re slowly building the trust. -You took the time to teach Mithrax English so you can understand him. He’s still weak on the English but for some part you can understand him. He calls you the ‘Small Captain’ as you are small in Fallen’s standards but is powerful like a high rank which one of the high rank a Fallen can be is Captain.-He one time offer you Ether so you can grow big and strong. You politely decline it, and your Ghost explain you don’t need Ether as your body don’t work that way and it’s not a good idea to try consuming something that probably shouldn’t be in your system.-“SMALL CAPTAIN PUNY. I WORRY.”-Missions for the Mithrax’s crew includes raiding other Fallen’s supplies, dealing with the Hive, and destruction onto the Vex and Cabal. -And a major one is working with the Vanguard to establish a peaceful ground with his crew, it’s not going to be easy working with what they consider to be enemies but it’ll take some planning and translations.-The more missions you do, the more the crew gets friendlier with you and there’s some English spoken too. Mithrax still working on his English but his loyalty is strong. He considers you to be his ally. Keep the bond and he may tell you of the story of the Fallen when they were the proud race Eliksni in his view.-“WE ARE ALLIES YES?”

One year after Towerfall, the Guardians available gather and remember. So long as it’s safe to so do, this year and every year after they gather at the Farm for a celebration, for feast and reverie in the shadow of the distant Shard. And when the celebration is done, they walk back.

They take the long walk, along crevasse and ridge. They hike the days and camp the nights with friends new and old. Some nonguardians join, out of companionship and camaraderie.

For some it is a symbol of humility, a physical returning to the place from which we ran. For others it is a memorial, a walk to remember those who are not waking beside us anymore. For others it is a homage to the trials we have faced, and overcome.

It’s always a long walk.
