This afternoon after my #podiatrist appointment I went into @ardsshoppingcentre and went to @bm_stores, @ardsshoppingcentre and @poundland When I went in (hands sanitised) I got the main items I needed #sanexuk #empsomsalts then had a look around the store. I headed for the #artsandcrafts section to have a look at what they in There was so much to get for the kids to do and use -#glitter #glue #colouringbooks #foamshapestickers and so much more. I got (as you can see in the photo) multi coloured #waxcrayons and #paperpeopleshapes . My friend @amysloanmccann little minions will enjoy doing these. This afternoon after lunch I did a 15mins #yogapractice following @deyogatox aka @thesculptedvegan. I opted for the #yogaforbodybuilders- all the yoga @thesculptedvegan aka @deyogatox videos are in @youtube When doing this #yogapractice I realised it was really needed and I was tight in my #butt and still feeling the #benefits after 5/10mins of finishing it. When doing the yoga my friends 3 children joined in and god love them they friend their best to do the moves. Yesterday I booked a @dermalogicauk skin therapist appointment at the @thesecretdayspa. I had my first @dermalogicauk therapist at the start of February. The reason I had booked in with the @thesecretdayspa for my #dermalogica consultation was 1️⃣ my friend @harleighlagdon had gone to them for beauty treatments 2️⃣ the sisters who own @thesecretdayspa are great people 3️⃣ I trust them 4️⃣ My first instinct was to book the appointment with @thesecretdayspa. When I went for my #dermalogica the therapist I was booked in with understood first hand about my #psoriasis (I didn’t know this until I went for my appointment) which made me made feel at ease. So yesterday when wanting to book another @dermalogicauk consultation my first and only call for an appointment was @thesecretdayspa. @leahwhite948 (one of owners) was great and when I asked about being booked in with the same therapist/girl/lady it wasn’t a problem. The products that were recommended to me in February for the #psoriasis on my were @dermalogicauk pre cleanse(to be used twice in morning and night) @dermalogicauk calm water gel @dermalogicauk daily superfoliant (use 1 or 2 time’s a week) And @dermalogicauk skin hydrating masque (use twice a week in the evening and leave on over night). These products recommended to/for me at my #dermalogica skin consultation were great for face and helped with my #psoriasis 100%. As well as going to @dunnesstores when I went into @forestsideshopping I also went into @nextofficial to have a look around. I@got 2 white #scoopnecktshirts. But what I also came across when I was in #nextstore was the different kind of jeans and how they fit.
