Apparently I am the Family Scapegoat®, according to my psychiatrist. He said I don't need to apologize for wanting to think I am not completely at fault for the crumbling of my "family". He told me I don't need to accept the fingers of blame that are being pointed my way. He said he takes my side here and that I don't need to tell him he shouldn't, because I need someone to stick up for me when all of my family is ganging up against me. My psychiatrist is good, and helpful.
