like once a year i realize i have some bread left over and some greek yogurt left over but not a substantial amount of either, and i will go "huh, these are the perfect conditions to make turkish eggs!" and then i make turkish eggs and it's all i can think about for a few days but i can't be assed to buy more greek yogurt (which i almost always forget and let it get moldy, even while obsessed with turkish eggs) so i just sit there dreaming of turkish eggs and reminiscing on the dish i just ate instead of making my dreams come true. do not let this happen to you. go make turkish eggs right now.
