Whilst I totally understand Rati’s good intentions, his constant pushing for Thee to marry Pa is bugging me. Like, I know that he’s just trying to basically keep peace in a tumultuous time in Siam, but he’s completely ignoring his lover’s feelings.

Doesn’t he realise Thee knows this? He knows that by tradition and social standards he has to marry Pa, but he doesn’t want to, and no one will listen to him, not even Rati, the love of his life. No one will let him be himself, and it must hurt like hell when the one person he thinks understands him is pushing him to do the one thing he absolutely does not want to do.

I saw that Near Inthira (Lucky My Love, Unlock Your Love) posted an apology on Twitter for having a boyfriend so obviously I did some digging and it’s because he fucking DIED and she’s been attending his funeral as his girlfriend. Apparently, “fans” care more about her dating a man than that they do about her losing her partner.
