im having to go to an intensive outpatient program for eating disorders.

i dont remember it getting this bad. i didn't think i needed this kind of help.

im kind of devestated and mad at myself.

the program is terrifying. i have to meal prep and meet with a dietician/nutritionist. i also have to eat dinner on video call with a bunch of people 3 times a week.

and to make matters worse, ive lost my best friend. so i can't even tell them about this.

its been rough

about 30 days until I walk the stage and get my BA. Life is crazy.

I am kind to my friends.

I take time to get to know people and the things they are interested in.

I try my hardest to be a better person.

I work daily on myself.

I have my whole future ahead of me.

I have my best friend and her love is unbreakable.

I love my partner and they are kind to me.

I always manage to get back up after I fall.

I am capable of growth and change.

I spend time doing things I love even when life is incredibly busy.

I don't hate the face I see in the mirror.

I am learning to love the body I was given.

I know when to apologize.

I make mistakes because I'm human.

I'm messy but it's a comfortable mess.

This is who I am. These are facts about me. Nobody can take that from me.

if someone tells you you're "too much" then maybe you need to realize that they aren't meant to be in your life. People who love you and care about you will take that "too much" and love it anyways. Don't let people take that from you. Don't let people change you so you can fit in their boxes.

when i picture my future it's not in a city. i want to grow my own food and not deal with all the noise and people. i really hope i get that one day.

worried I won't. worried i'm stuck in this area forever. i have a home and that should be good enough but i want fresh air and no sirens. i want fresh fruit and vegetables that i grew with my own hands.

that's all i need in the end. growing old with the one i marry surrounded by nature away from the noise.

every says on a teachers salary i wont be able to do this but i think those people just aren't good with money. savings account and spending wisely will make it so i can live whatever life I want.
