Eleanore Sweaters, my Salad Fingers oc!

She’s a shy, soft-spoken woman whom Salad Fingers stumbles upon while wandering. He calls her “Eleanore Sweaters,” and though it’s not her real name, she never corrects him. Once he begins talking to her, as he does with his other hallucinations, she simply listens, letting him fill the silence. She can speak, but for reasons unknown, she chooses not to around him, which is just as well; Salad Fingers tends to become disturbed when anyone else speaks.

They spend some time together, and he quickly grows attached, treating her as a treasured companion. But as his strange behavior and unsettling habits intensify, she begins to fear him. Eventually, his eerie affection and disturbing nature drive her away.

Can I genuinely ask how you learned to draw the eddsworld style? As a fellow selfshipper, I need it /genq (feel free to block me if other self shippers make you uncomfortable ofc! /srs) your art is just pog and cool

I’m not exactly sure how to explain my process, the best bit of advice I can give anyone is to just study the art they make for social media, but also the show itself.

There is lots of art styles in Eddsworld especially since Beyond has a bunch of animators working on each episode. If there’s a specific one you’re going for, focus on that! Download images that you like and look appealing and try to dissect the images and figure out what makes them appealing and how you can replicate that. I have been studying the style for quite a while so, some of the stuff I do comes naturally, but I didn’t get there without figuring out how they go about drawing things. Sorry if that’s not very helpful, but it’s what worked for me. I will mention quickly that I don’t prefer any specific artist, I just draw what I think looks like the Eddsworld style to me and people like it, I still have a long way to go before I’m happy with what I’m making, so don’t be too discouraged if it doesn’t immediately look how you want as it took me awhile to get here.
