Meet Ronán....

First of all Props to @aimuscledude76 for the superb generation and prompts, that fathered Ronán. @aimuscledude76 helps me with prompting, because I'm not good at it. Thanks so much and being kind and open and helpful.

Ronan works for us in Dispatch at Cumbalone. This is his morning routine in his apartment, above the Dispatch Barracks before, he goes down to the basement where he works very productively.

Yes, there are no windows there, but he doesn't mind.

He has great abs, but appalling technique for doing his situps exercises as this video shows. If enough people are interested we might do a version on X that shows the complications for men, of doing situps, in the morning, just after they waken.

Anyway this is his morning routine. Wake, situps, lots of them, side raises as well for the abs, a quick look around the apartment, shower , some practice shots, maybe a Cuban (not coffee), a tea and an apple and then: getting suited and booted for work, and a sample of his work.....
