Today I was playing a pokemon movie for my twins and Darkrai appeared and I said, “Look Luke! It’s Darkrai.” And he said “Darai!” The double take I did. This boy turned a year old yesterday and I’ve been trying for months to get him to say mama and he sees Darkrai once and betrays me.

my brother was watching a random stream the other day when the guy got the news about the homestuck pilot and all the gen z/gen alpha kids in the chat were like “what’s homestuck? Is it as crazy as the amazing digital circus?” And the guy responded “that’s like comparing a burning building to the fall of the Roman Empire” and when the chat was like “can you give us a summary?” he responded “that’s like asking someone to give you a summary of the plot of the Bible”

I'm watching the only valid version of Lilo & Stitch and I completely forgot they didn't draw a cartoon version of Elvis for this scene. They just used an actual portrait of him. This movie is so great.
