I was just talking to a friend, and I told her about ASC. She was shocked, and I told her “Yeah, I started reading it when I began college, and finished reading it when I graduated”. The realizatio shocked me.

Hi, I was reading your beginning series and there was a part I didn’t get about Lily’s and James dynamic between Harry and Draco. It felt like James and Lily were giving more love and attention to Draco than Harry, and maybe because I know how bad Harry’s childhood was in canon I was not a fan of the Draco being their surrogate son especially since he didn’t seem to warm up to Harry and make an effort to be a better stepish brother when it was Harry who told James to help him. Like not even in the future, he was still arrogant and a jealous asshole towards him. Even toward the end when everything was done, Lily was more affectionate towards Draco than Harry. That kind of pissed me off because Harry was in danger more than Draco, and Harry’s just got his mom back. It almost seemed like Lily preferred Draco over Harry. I personally can’t see the Potters ever adopting or having guardianship over Draco, I think they would have asked Andromeda or someone else to take guardianship rather than them. I don’t see them being rude to Draco, but I don’t see them putting their family and the order in jeopardy and taking guardianship of Draco. Out of curiosity, what made you decide that? They had enough to worry about and I feel like Harry should have been their only priority with being hunted by Voldemort. I always thought Draco would remind them of Snape in a bad way, and in canon he is a coward that thinks of himself over everyone else. I just don’t see how anyone could trust him.

God it’s been almost two decades since i wrote that. Um so i dont remember much to be honest. But no Lily didn’t love Draco more than Harry. I just always imagined her heart was so big and she saw someone she could help. I always said i felt Draco was an asshole but had a good heart. Thats how i played his character.

Happy Hinny Day 💍 - The One Where They Say I Do

Neville had mentioned to Ginny how Professor Sprout had received a letter from James asking her for gardening tips to make the flowers blossom every year with little to no maintenance. That gave Ginny an idea. She wanted Harry to have a symbolic way to carry a piece of his parents with him and decided to make him a boutonnière from the flowers at Potters home in Godric's Hollow.

Just before the ceremony, she gave it to him. They stood back to back so they wouldn’t see each other. She couldn’t see his reaction, but she felt it in the way he clutched her hand, leaned against her, and whispered, “I love you so much.”

hi hi! I'm back after forgetting about tumblr for like the past year or so. I should also admit that I sent a number of random anon questions way back including whether I should call you Ms Breanie or some other variations, something about the fae family multiple times, and really just a lot. I wanted to say I love your Kismet Trilogy so so much and I am so glad to have been able to find the fics again and rereading them! I have seen bits of it and honestly my thoughts are meh. I don’t really care to see a remake at all. I might watch it at some point but imo they should have done something else like Marauders or the four founders or about Voldemort. If i do end up watching it, it will be years after it’s done.

I’m sure they will do a good job at introducing HP to a new generation but I’m not ready for that reboot lol
