Had a great time learning from the 2008 Olympics bronze medalist Dmitry Lapikov yesterday at CutThroat Athletics. Learned a lot and had a really fantastic time. Also got to watch a lot of fellow lifters have a great time, learn a lot, and work up heavy and set new PRs.
