THE FALCON KING

Anyone who knows about vaping would of heard of the Falcon and how awesome of a Sub Ohm tank it really is... I literally use it everyday as my go to and now I am very excited to get my hands on this new upgraded version... The Falcon King!

So, I had no faults with the original version but after a week of using this little beast I am over whelmed with how good it is and I have noticed even further improvements in the design! First of all, I can not get over how awesome the juice refil system is, just one push of a tiny button and the top flys right open and you are ready to go... no more unscrewing! Secondly the bubble glass that holds up to 6ml of juice is perfect and allows me to top up just once a day which makes it more that ideal for work!

The Falcon just gets better and better and Horizon Tech really do have something special with this product and I am already looking forward to what they come up with next!

Anyone who is in to their vaping knows that this industry is a dangerous game and it very quickly becomes an addiction... VAPER EXPO 2019

So another year into this crazy vaping world and another year later at the Vaper Expo at the Birmingham NEC... so many great brands and products out there and lots of new concepts and ideas as they continue to flourish in this incredible industry!

ZAP JUICE GOLDEN POMELO

So it’s finally 2019 and as always we start the year with some traditional English cold weather, with temperatures hitting us as low as minus five degrees!

Which leads me to question... what is the best juice for such temperatures? I have been trying to figure it out all week which led me to this mouth watering citrus mash up from Zap Juice! So here is my theory, this juice is a citrus fruit with an exotic twist that is bursting full of summer flavours. Vaping this makes me think of summer and all them tropical islands I want to visit! So as I sit here freezing cold I can still have that little taste of summer in every breath!

This juice really is amazing, like all of the juices that Zap Juice create they always deliver on flavour! I can taste strong pineapple with a subtle hint of grapefruit and of course striking pomelo that originates from South Asia... the taste reminds me of the drink “Lilt” but I actually think this juice is even more refreshing! I have been vaping this all day and I can actually see this being a strong option for a new all day vape, I honestly think once you try it you will agree!

THE DEAD RABBIT!

So I have recently giving squonking a second go after the first attempt not being so successful, I just wasn’t feeling it! So following some recommendations from the vape fam I brought this little beast!

The Hell Vape Dead Rabbit SQ is a beautiful and easy to set up RDA that not only looks awesome but performs exactly how I wanted it to! It’s a very simple and effective top piece with a very easy to use build deck... you can use both a single or double coil however I much prefer the single coil option!

From opening the box it is pretty much ready to go with a built in squonking pin already fitted so I basically just added the coil, cotton and juice and it was good to go! I am using this on my Vandy Vape Pulse mod and together they are both working perfectly producing great flavour and insane clouds... having this bit of kit has definatly changed my opinion on squonking and I can’t wait to look into the squonk world even more!

GOVERNOR VAPES

So this year I am excited to announce the launch of my very own E-Liquid range “Governor Vapes” a new collection inspired by my day job as a prison officer. Working in a very stressful and busy environment it is very difficult to not smoke so I wanted to create strong and tasty flavours that will help us all fight that urge and us through times when we crave after a bad day!

In 2018 smoking was banned in prisons across the country and vaping was introduced for prisoners and officers. So on a 12 hour shift of the unexpected I wanted some juices that where enjoyable and full of flavour to help people get through the shift!

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN NIC SALTS AND NIC SHOTS?

So what can I say 2018 went crazy for the new introduction of Nic Salts to the market and they really have taken off like a rocket to the moon! But why is everyone crazy about the transition over to Nic Salts rather than the traditional nicotine shots that have always been used for the last decade?

As an advance Vaper myself who has been vaping for over 3 years now, I have to say I am also part of this switch and find the results to have exceeded my expectations! One thing I have found and realised is the hit is so much smoother even with the many options of advance tech and powerful devices around that make them clouds like a Red Arrow fighter jet! This is due to a much lower alkalinity in the liquid that can make a juice with nicotine of up too 30mg and more bearable! The nicotine itself is a more natural source that comes from the tobacco leaf direct and it is said to absorb into your body quicker than a traditional or freebase nicotine!

Now as the vaping industry grows, I have watched closely and have been a part of this magnificent journey. You may have noticed the growing rise in the release of many new pod devices. So many great pods out there and having a few myself I can honestly say that in these pods I will only ever vape a juice with a Nic Salt in and that’s a fact! I find that these devices that offer that mouth to lung hit when loaded with higher levels of traditional nicotine they can cause a throat burn which is every vapers worst nightmare! We all stopped smoking so that we would stop burning our throats and no longer have to smoke these dirty cigarettes but if vaping isnt enjoyable why would we start? Salts make it enjoyable and even with higher strength they don’t inpact on the flavour, so you will still be able to taste that sweet Lychee in that lemonade or what ever else your choosing to vape!

I find that most vapers use between 3mg and 6mg balance of nicotine in there juices and I feel that there’s times when that it isn’t always enough, Salts allow you to be able to use much higher levels of nicotine with the same if not better enjoyment!

Having doing some research and interviewing other vapers across my platforms I have found that over 90% have said that Nic Salts give you a much more direct and immediate kick which is why we all started vaping in the first place! I know quitting smoking is difficult but I find that Nic Salts offer an experience that is closest to smoking the real thing except with out the health problems and nasty smell!

The first Nic shots that I came across where from UK based company Zap Juice and even after discovering other brands out there I will always use Zap Nic Salts, I have been a fan of all their juices since day one... they are made, branded and packaged with such quality and and if someone offers this why go anywhere else!

JUICE OF THE MONTH DECEMBER

So let’s reflect on 2018 and all the awesome juices that have hit the stores all over the country. To end this years monthly favourites I just had to include this awesome Nic Salt variation of Nasty Juice’s ASAP Grape!

With pod devices taking off rapidly this past 12 months and Nic Salts being the popular choice of fuel for these tiny little cloud making devices, I think I may of found its match!

This Nic salt is by far my favourite of them all and the taste, hit, flavour, clouds and menthol breeze it gives with every inhale is nothing less than amazing! 2019 is going to be full of so much more salt based juices so be ready for more extreme flavours and new lines... You heard it hear first!

THE MI-POD

So on to this little beast of a device... something I have had my eye on for some time. I have seen them about over the past year or so both on Instagram, Twitter and also hanging around fellow vapers necks at expos and vape stores across the country!

This is the Mi-pod and it is basically a pod style vape device, but not just any pod... it’s one of the best! Just looking at the size of it you wouldn’t expect just what it is capable of and the power thats behind this tiny little thing! Many would say this is the best pod device available on the market!

I have been using this the past two weeks and I am in love with it. I charge it every night when I go to bed and unplug it as soon as I wake up and from that point onwards the battery life lasts me all day! I use the Mi-pod not as my primary vape but along side my hand held mod but mainly when I am on the go whilst at work, I honestly couldn’t fault it! Comes in so many colours and styles and the pods last for ages, I still have the original one in now from the day I set it up and it’s been over two weeks now and still going strong! Also comes with a very cool lanyard and because of its light weight you can hang it around your neck perfectly, making it hassle free and discreet for them times you need to get in some stealth vaping!

Following advice from a friend I find this pod, or in fact anypod system to work best accompanied with Nic Salts as I have recently discovered that you get a much better flavour hit. Currently I have Dinner Lady lemon tart Nic salt in this pod and the flavour, hit and clouds are incredible... definitely worth checking out if you are a serious vaper like myself!

JUICE OF THE MONTH NOVEMBER

Mix juice are back and have done it again with this one... right in time as the build up to Xmas continues! And you can’t get more festive than this Candy Cane festive eliquid and at the price of just £4.99, you can’t possibly go wrong! I am hoping this is not just a seasonal release as I could vape this one all year round!

Basically what is sais on the tin... tastes just like the red and white candy you hang on your Xmas tree! Very morish and most of all refreshing as F#%k with such a cool menthol breeze to it and it’s very subtle and not over powering in any way!

This juice is one to certainly try and no better time than during the festive season! One of two new flavours released for Xmas 2018 along with the Xmas pudding and brandy butter... again I don’t know what Mix Juice get up to in their labs but they are bang on with flavour as always!

FLAVA TIPS

Today I got my hands on some of these flavoured drip tips from a new company “Flava Tips” I was really intrigued with these to start with but the more I thought about it the concept is actually really good and it’s nice to trial something new on the vaping market... As a passionate Vaper and with an entrepreneurial spirit I love coming across new products and ideas!

They are basically drip tips that add flavour when you draw from your vape, the tip itself has a small pad in which with a bottle of the flavouring that’s provided you put a few drops on and clip the two pieces of the drip tip together and attach it to whatever tank you are using!

Today I have been using the peppermint flavour tip which I think is the most practical... with this tip on you can basically make any liquid menthol! For example today I have been vaping a grape juice and through this miraculous drip tip I am now getting a grape ice or a grape menthol!

They have many other flavours available so all I can suggest is you use your imagination and start creating new combos... feel free to get in touch with your new creations, I would love to know what you can create!

JUICE OF THE MONTH OCTOBER

So this month was Stoptober so I know I had to up my juice in terms of strength and flavour and this juice from Mix Juice certainly gave me that... Like the childhood sweets Black Jacks this strong tasting sweet treat kept me going strong! One of many great flavours from a very creative company, I really have become a massive fan of Mix Juice and I strongly advise that you check them out!

SMOK NOVO

Just look at the size of this tiny pocket device, the new Novo Pod from industry giants Smok!

Now I personally am not the biggest fan of Smok but every now and again they do release some great products and this is certainly one of them, this very small device is perfect for on the go. It’s a very sleek cobra design with detachable pods for refilling... very easy to set up, maintain and use!

You can easily fit it in your pocket and vape on the go whether you are driving, at work or just indoors and don’t want to smoke out the whole room! Kind of like a piece of ninja kit for serious stealth vaping! You can however get some big clouds out of this tiny little thing if you give it a few pulls and you also get some great flavour too! If you are a collector like myself then for the price of under £20 why not add one to the collection!
