5 days. 5 days in. Can't remember the last time I've lasted this long. Tonight was close due to real life situations, and that's when I act out. I can get through it though, I have the strength. Im not working for it tonight.

Setting your intention. It is a rule in my job to set intention in what you do. This pertains to work and transmits thought life. When your intention is set, your path becomes more visible and the goal can be achieved. There will still be things you have to challenge and work around, but you will have the clairvoyence to handle any situation with wisdom and confidence.

My intention for this blog is to document my journey, in areas of my job, relationship, and health l. The intention is to have a healthy and positive outlet to focus on improvement rather than make destructive decisions. I don't expect followers but since this isn't for ego that's alright. However if anyone relates and I offer another positive perspective, I will have felt accomplished.

Part of being human is experiencing all sorts of emotions but sometimes that can be too much for us to handle, especially extremely negative ones. This acupuncture point is for times when emotions threaten to overwhelm your good sense and logic. When you need to feel better immediately.
