"Oooo," he sucked in a thoughtful breath and hummed before answering "Well, I tink aftah such a long trip... I could sure go for some fine carrot cake." he grinned and twitchy nose kissed her back.

"Soo…" Lola gave him a twitching nose kiss, snuggling him close. "Presents first? Orrrr the carrot cake I made you?~" Happy birthday to the most fantastic bunny on earth, she thought to herself.

"Eeeeeeh, I bowed. Does that count?"

"Before lyin’ upon the bed of one Buster Bunny, he must ask you a very important question.  Have you saluted the carrot statue?"

Bugs held his beautiful wife with one arm and bent down to scoop up his equally beautiful baby boy and straightened up to hold them both close happily. "Sounds good ta me!" he grinned widely as he began nuzzling both off them mercilessly. 

Baby Ben sat at his father’s feet, reaching and grabbing to be picked up. Lola would let Bugs do the honors— she was too busy peppering him with more kisses and enjoying his big ones. “Mmm. There’s certainly more where this comes from~”

Oooohhh yeah. He'd missed this. He wrapped his arms snugly around his wife as soon as she jumped him. He grinned brightly at her and gave her a big smacker in return for her dozens of little smoochies. "Well, so far dis is da best Birthday gift I've eveh gotten~."

Finally! The thumping of little baby feet, followed by the louder sound of toon speed met Bugs at the door. “BUN-BUN!~” She smothered him in kisses. “Happy birthday!”

all i wanted in the looney tunes show was to have the tiny toons in at least one episode and even tho i knew it wouldnt happen im still a little disappointed it didnt happen

Bugs choked back a chuckle, which resulted in a quiet snort of amusement. He gave the smallest of shrugs and whispered "Eeeeh, this is your day. I'm just the sidekick in this show." 

He turned his whole body to face his smirking bride and took her hands in his as Elmer instructed. As the ceremony went on, there were plenty of laughs and jokes from Elmer, and the two bunnies as they each gave their heartfelt and silly little vows. Bugs was sure he heard some dreamy sighing and and cooing coming from the females in the crowd as he finished his vows. And he was positive he could see some jealous guys biting their thumbs in the audience as Lola said hers.

And when Elmer asked Bugs if he'd be with Lola through everything and never stop loving her, and all the other jive he was to promise to her, the groom gave a wide loving grin and replied "You bet ya shotgun Fudsy." and gave Lola a playful wink then his face softened "That is to say... you bet I do." he said a bit softer (And then few females in the audience fainted while others started to cry).

After a bunch more formalities and then finally the exchanging of rings, in which Bugs gave the Queen of his heart a crown for her hand-

He slipped the dainty tiara shaped ring onto Lola's ring finger and then presented his hand to her. He grinned brightly at the ring she slipped on his finger. It fit him perfectly in both size and personality. And then came his favorite part...

"I now Pwonounce you... Wabbit and Wife! You may now kiss da bwide!" and that Bugs did. He scooped Lola into his arms and poured all his built up excitement, happiness, and of course all his love into that one kiss as the entire room erupted in cheers and applause.

She had been hoping for a reaction from her dress, and she got one better than what she originally hoped for. She could tell that he was trying together— to keep the jaw from dropping and his eyes from popping out of his head while his heart thumped out of his chest. That sweet, twitterpated grin was just perfect for the event. Not too overbearing or in the guest’s faces - but it was meant for Lola, and Lola alone. 

She looked out into the audience — everyone she knew, and everyone she didn’t know was there. Bugs’ billions of nieces and nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles… the entire family. Animators that had come and gone from WB, even a few Disney animators and execs. Among the colorful toon audience, she spotted Mickey and Minnie themselves, and she waved happily. The entire Disney gang was there, as a matter of fact. Donald and Daisy, Goofy, his son, Max, had all come. She didn’t know them well, but it was amazing to see them turn up.

Finally, she spotted Tony, her animator. She felt a bit bad about not having him walk her down the aisle… which was her reasoning to stop and hug him. Even though he hadn’t always been there for her, he was only human. He was doing the best he could. “Thank you for coming,” She whispered in his ear as she pulled away. She could have sworn she heard him sniffle. 

Lola patted Foghorn’s arm as they parted ways, a rather twitterpated grin of her own coming into view. The veil hid it so well, but now she had no cover up. That also happened to be a good thing. She shot Bugs a half-lidded, seductive gaze, that somehow managed to seem innocent at the same time. Only Lola Bunny could pull off that look.

Attempting to hide that grin as she took Bugs’ arm, it only came into view once more as Elmer began. This was actually happening. After a sixteen hour road trip, this was happening.

She cleared her throat quietly, attempting to cover Bugs’ murmur. “Jealous that I thought of a better entrance than you?~” She cooed in his ear.

The crash followed by the anxious murmurs of toons going on about a car falling from the sky had alerted the gray furred rabbit to his bride's arrival.

A sigh of relief escaped his furry lips as his old big beaked friend clapped to signal everyone to their designated positions. He scrambled to adjust his disheveled appearance, it being that way from his minor freak out over his bride-to-be's impromptu road trip, before he made his way to the end of the aisle (He also may or may not have tripped over his boatlike feet when he started walking).

As the music started the nervous bunny was joined by his best buds, one by one.

Daffy was wearing a wedding dress for some reason... but Bugs didn't question it. He just rolled his eyes and shook his head before pointing his fingers at the duck like pistols and clicking his tongue with a wink, to which Daffy replied with an eyeroll of his own and a raspberry blown in his direction. Porky adjusted his tie and gave him a wide grin and and a big thumb's up. Buster was trying to look cool and not sob like a soap opera star, Bugs could tell.

As the wedding party started gathering around him one by one Bugs turned around before it got to Lola. He didn't want to lose his cool in front of so many toons from the mere sight of his lovely lady fair. As the music changed to indicate that the bride was about to walk down the aisle, Bugs ears went stiff and he swallowed a particularly large lump in his throat. Surprisingly, a comforting feathered hand came to rest on his shoulder. Bugs turned to see Daffy give a little head jerk behind nim as if to say 'turn around doofus!'. And that the gray bunny did.

And the sight that met him nearly had him melt away in a puddle of heart shaped bubbles. His breath hitched and his throat went dry. His ears drooped and he gave a goofy awkward grin that crooked up one side of his face. A bunny had never worn a more twitterpatted face in all of toon history, than the king of toons himself was wearing right now.

He straightened his back as Lola got closer, his eyes never leaving her as she turned to Foggy who lifted her veil and kissed her cheek before gesturing her over to the beaming groom to be. Bugs tilted his head up with obvious pride as the most beautiful bride he'd ever seen joined his side.

Elmer Fudd himself was officiating this affair and the bald hunter grinned brightly at both of them before addressing the masses of toons and people behind them "Deawly bewoved... Mawwiage, mawwiage is what bwings us togev'ah today...." and as Elmer continued his spiel Bugs leaned over to Lola and murmured 

"Bringing the car through the ceiling, now why didn't I think of that?"

She had enough time to take a quick shower — being on the road for nearly sixteen hours didn’t do a number for a girl’s fur. She shook herself dry, and zipped into the gorgeous dress that Dot made for her. Wearing it made her feel like a princess. A queen, even… She sighed, tying the waist in the back. She fixed her ears into a sweet arrangement, a flower holding them together at the base. 

She wasn’t sure what she was so worried about. After all, she’d been with Bugs since… forever. She moved in with him before Ben was born. When they decided they couldn’t live without each other. And now, they were making it official. They were going before animators, executives, family members, the press, to make their bind official. She was going to be Mrs. Lola Bunny from here on out.

Mrs. Lola Bunny. 

She just hoped that she hadn’t given Bugs too much of a scare. He had to know that she would be back after that little runaway stunt. He knew that she’d always come back. She hoped, anyway. 

She glided down the stairs, careful not to step on the train of her dress or trip and fall. A few months prior, she could barely walk in heels in front of Bugs. Now she was walking down an aisle in the most gorgeous dress that was made just for her.

The church was chattering with gossip. Executives, writers, family members and friends of Bugs… everyone was talking, wondering where the crazy bride was. The car was still parked in the foyer of the church, giving those outside a great look into the wedding of a celebrity. 

Since Lola was down and out, Foghorn clapped his hands, and the chatter stopped immediately. The music began. Bridesmaid after bridesmaid came down the aisle, and Babs toted Ben along. He clutched the pillow, carrying the ring with pride. 

Dot scattered flowers, and joined the bridesmaids sides. One after the other, there were fewer people in the foyer of the church. Finally, it was just Lola and Foghorn. The organ struck a loud chord, signaling for everyone to stand on their feet. “This is it,” Lola sighed, looking up at Foghorn. The rooster offered his arm, and everyone gasped at the sight of the beautiful bunny bride.

"She's still not he'e... WHY IS SHE NOT HE'E YET? I knew dis was gonna happen! I-I knew not ta get my hopes up! Ooooooooh, I'm too old for heartbreak! She never wanted marriage before dis and yet I-I still kinda forced it on her! NO. L-Lola wouldn't do that! We love each other! We do!..... Oh, she's not gonna show up is she? IS SHE?! WHERE IS MY LOLAAAA?!" He grabs the nearest person and shakes them vigorously.

*Walks by in a red dress* "Evenin'." *keeps on walking*.
