Day 2

Loving yourself

Day 1- I am trying to love myself my confidence has been down for awhile because of this guy he made me feel like shit. I have no feelings towards him anymore but I still care for him because I fell in love with him. starting this little vlog thingy lol of how I'm learning how to love myself :)

Depression/Anxiety

Its the feeling of nothing the feeling of giving up and backing away from friends and family its you cancelling your plans because your self concious its you always forgiving people because thats what you do well and you really dont care. Its you telling yourself this is temporarily and that it will pass but its not its you being stuck in a state of mind. Its you completley shutting people out. All satisfaction is gone all things that used to bring you joy are now worthless why try if nothing makes you happy anymore. You destroy relationships your scared of what people will think of you. You feel alone in a room full of people. There is a part of you that wants to make things right and there is also a part of you that wants to go out and meet new people but you know it wont work out anyway. So in the end your in your comfotzone where no one asks you questions. Then u think to yourself there is either 2 things to do try to get help or attempt a suicide
