i am absolutely losing my mind over the current non-state of love live. they put school idol festival into maint mode to focus on all-stars, which was a game nobody could understand, only to end of service all-stars in a shorter amount of time than they had to spend developing it. it was such a resource black hole.

then after eosing all-stars, they try to pivot back to school idol festival and rhythm games. but they can't just use it since its maint mode. so they eos it and announce school idol festival... TWO! and let you port your card album and stuff but everyone is starting from scratch

well as it turns out people just aren't willing to roll for pure stat balls so the number at the top of the screen goes up basically randomly anymore. it has not even been a year. school idol festival 2 is ending service in march 2024
