Whenever I hear people say "The sides are just doing their jobs" I always think of like, an Au where they're actually just working in some vague office job together.

Virgil got the chance to switch departments and he took it, and now his old co-workers are really spiteful about it

Remus and Roman got basically the same job through nepotism, but they had to put in different departments because they physically couldn't do shit together

Janus does social media advertising. He does all of those corporate tiktok posts like "Help I accidentally bought a sandwich with my company card, blow up this post so I can call it an advertising purchase."

• Tea parties! She takes them very seriously, acting the part with her little and making it fun for them everytome they have a tea party. She lets them use real tea, but it has to cool off to what she thinks is a safe temperature first!

• She frequently finds herself doubting her abilities as a caregiver and wonders why her little trusts her to take care of them so much

• She can't resist spoiling her little whenever the opportunity arises, they're the most spoiled kiddo ever. She makes them whatever they want, and also buys them whatever they want. It doesn't help that she can't say no to puppy dog eyes.

• She makes little gear like toys, stuffed animals, blankets, pacifiers, bottles, etc. but, she also loves buying things, so she buys gear for her little too!

• She often doesn't realize she's being overbaring with the gift giving, because that's how she was raised.

• She worries that she won't give her little enough attention, because her parents were often too busy to hang out with her growing up. She doesn't want her little to experience that.

Todoroki Shoto Headcanons(regular and Agere)

🧊Regular!!🔥

⚠️Trigger warnings here: mentions of SH, and Todoroki's traumatic past⚠️

• He only takes cold showers. If the water goes hot while he's in the shower, he has to get out and can't get back in because he freaks out a bit.

• he's good at art. He uses it as a way to express and deal with his mental health and trauma. His favorite mediums are graphite, charcoal, and oil pastel. He's also trying to learn water color painting and sculpting with clay and or ice.

• the main way he actually practices his English outside of class is by watching things online like Jack Stauber's Opal.

• he's social awkward not only because he's sheltered, but also because he's autistic. He needs some routine his life. For example: he ALWAYS visits his mom on Sundays and if he can't he has a breakdown before he just calls her and talks to her on the phone. She's always understanding when he can't visit, but he gets really upset about it. He doesn't like certain textures like velvet. His safe food is cold soba and a milk drink he liked as a kid that his mom always buys him (that one's canon, it's in MHA school briefs). Also, he was nonverbal for a few years and didn't start talking until he was maybe 4 or 5.

• He's a big reader and usually reads YA novels that have been translated from English to Japanese. He finds some of the darker ones relatable.

• people think that he's a loner, but he's actually pretty clingy to the people he cares about. He hates being separated from his siblings and his friends.

• before high school, he didn't have a best friend. Now, he considers Midoryia to be his best friend.

• his favorite animal is the deer, he finds them very relatable.

• he's really bad at cooking and cleaning because Fuyumi did most of it for him growing up.

• he used to hurt his left side by giving himself frost bite using his ice because he hated that part of himself. He internalized what his mom did when she dumped the boiling water on him, hated his left side, and hurt himself because of it.

• he has trouble sleeping through the night and wakes up frequently when he tries to sleep.

• he sees Fuyumi as more of a mother figure than his actual mom because Fuyumi was the one raising him.

• his favorite plushie is a deer plushie that Fuyumi bought him because she saw it at the store and thought of him.

• he gets triggered to involuntarily regress a lot, mostly when he gets reminded of his trauma, and also tends to slip a lot near Endeavor because of stress and anxiety.

• his gear is pretty basic. Most people have crazily decorated gear, but Shoto doesn't. He has a singular pale blue pacifier with no decorations on it, simple comfortable clothes, cups that he used anyways when he's big, and one stuffed animal and one blanket.

• the only thing he wants to eat when he's small is onigiri. Fuyumi and Izuku both have to force him to eat something more filling

• Fuyumi is his primary caregiver, but when the students are in the dorms, Izuku is his caregiver.

• he doesn't talk a lot when he regresses (or in general). He's also not very active. He prefers laying in bed cuddling a plushie, watching shows, and coloring instead of running around and playing.

• he sleeps a lot better when he's regressed. He's out like a light whenever he regresses long enough.
