Day 5/40
📔 classes: Study Strategies. We talked about stress and it was very intresting, learning that how you think and react to stress can change the way your body treats stress.
📝 study time: 1 hour. Study strats homework, I'm trying to figure out how I want to study to maximize my ability to remember things long term.
📖 reading time: 20 minuets. I'm enjoying A Court of Thorns and Roses more than I thought I would, but I'm too early in to say I like it yet.
☕️ work: 4 hours. Worked at the smaller coffee shop today, I was productive in my work duties although I had a few register troubles.
🔆 day ramble: Pretty good! I was productive and enjoyed my time socially. It was a good day pain wise. All and all, just a good day.

Wow it's been a busy few days so here's days 2, 3, and 4/40!!!!
📔 classes: Study Strats and Human Origins. We talked about parts of memory in study Strategies and diffrent evolutions of genus homo in Human Origins. Both honestly very intresting.
📝 study time: 3 hours total, I've been doing the bare minimum, but i want to do better.
🧺 chores: Groceries and a hobby lobby run for pagan rosry making :).
☕️ work: So many hours, my body is so weak ueueuueue.
🔆 day ramble: OUGH what's there to say, I hardly remember the past few days I've either been so zoned in the day flies by or so tired I block everything out. I've been so sleepy lately, but that's okay we'll get better.

Day 01/40
📝 study time: 1 Hour. Got my AAH work done for the week, the minimum at least. Enough to set me up well for the rest of the week to focus on other work.
🧺 chores: Did laundry or attempted to before the machines in my building broke and I had to go else where to dry them. Today has been such a headache. Also got dishes done and made dinner which I'm happy with.
🔆 day ramble: Made it through the whole day without a nap, pretty proud of myself for that one lol. Other than my clothes being drenched I got my first pair of crutches in today and am excited to decorate them eventually. Hopefully next paycheck I can.

I have 40 days left in the school semester, you know that means? Pedal to the metal on the high functioning behavior!! We gotta end this on a high note! Starting today I will be doing my own

GOALS
📚 Academics
- set weekly goals
- create a weekly study plan
- finish 3 assignments a week at least
- listen to 2 lectures and or do 3 readings for my African American History class a week
- Daily Hour Study Session
- Get through 3 hours of my audio book for my book project.
📑 Personal
- Start exercise once a week.
- Stick to my vegetarian diet
- Only 10 total take outs allowed during this time.
- Stop using Doordash so much.
- Read 2 books (one for a book club coming up)

📔 classes: Human Origins. We talked about some political stuff regarding America which is pretty common in the class. It was intresting if not dread inducing as we live there.
📝 study time: 26 minuets. A dreadfully low study time but i was feeling fatigued all day and had my cane with me it was so bad.
☕️ work: 4 hours. It was a nice productive day at work, I made a lot of food and the flow of customers was pretty steady.
🎧 song of the day: DEBT COLLECTOR by Jhariah. Once again looped it to get through my day.
🔆 day ramble: I had a mostly good day, but I couldnt go to fencing practice because of my fatigue. I have muscle spasms and weakness in my legs and it can make my whole body tired if I'm on them too long. But we stay strong and keep going.

📔 classes: Study Strategies. It was good, we talked about diffrent ways to take notes in class. I think i may start recording lectures to help taking notes on things.
📝 study time: 1 hour. Worked on Study Strategies homework while at work at the café.
☕️ work: 5 hours. Was a slightly longer sift than usual, but i was productive during it and got some studying in in-between customers and work chores.
🎧 song of the day: DEBT COLLECTOR by Jhariah. Such a good motivation get going song.
🔆 day ramble: I feel like I had such a busy day! I worked, went to class, hung out with my friends, worked on some crafts, went to a social event. Today was abnormally busy for me but I liked it! It was nice. I'm pleased.

Where I've Been
I had a really rough go of it mental health wise during my first and second semester, and being honest it demotivated and drained me. I've got a lot of mental health issues and various disorders, but I'm trying hard to stay on my medication to avoid further episodes.
I think there's something to be said about how high education system deals with people in struggle and strife, but I don't think this is the post to talk about it. Know I have thoughts though.
All things considered my passion has not died, thankfully. So I will be returning to this blog, and trying to return to my academic aesthetic. With glee I might add. I'm happy to be back, and I want to try hard again and be hopeful. I'll never be naive again, but I can be happy.
Starting with the summer semester I will be doing a 100 Days of Productivity challenge with a twist!! But I'll get into that in another post, for the rest of this semester it will be back to my normal daily blogging updates.

📔 classes: History. I love my teacher for this class, he very clearly loves what he's doing.
📝 study time: 4 hours, it was split up over the day, but still like a goo's hunk of time.
☕️ work: I had a shorter shift today, but also burned myself on coffee lol. It didn't hurt though.
🎧 song of the day: Calm Me Down by Mother Mother. Just a jam.
🔆 day ramble: I've been up since 4:30am and haven't had a single nap all day I'm literally on the verge of collapsing like a pile of bones. But I made quesadillas for the first time so that's nice.

📝 study time: 30 mins but I plan on doing a late night study session lol
☕️ work: Worked 4 hours ish today and learned that walking in heels is easier for me to work on than flatter shoes.
🔆 day ramble: Mostly kind of a blur, but I'm trying to feel better about things and feel more motivated to kind of exist. I did have DnD today though so that's nice at least. I also had a really cool smart person moment in class which was nice.

📔 classes: History. It was a really fun course, however I did realize another class I had scheduled was at the wrong campus so I had to drop it.
📝 study time: 2h20m. I will be living in my campus library I can feel it.
☕️ work: I had a really short shift today, maybe if I have free time I'll get more shifts earlier in the day.

☕️ work: Worked till 5 today and it was kinda a slog, I wore heels and it wasn't great on my feet. But that's okay.
🔆 day ramble: Still feeling weirdly depressed when I get home, it's making me feel bad about the whole school thing and like I can't do it, I hope it passes soon.

☕️ work: We were crazy busy today with a teacher and staff appreciation sale thing, free drinks for staff and faculty, we served like 120 people! Another thing is I'm learning the benefits of chugging smoothies when you can't eat readily, they're so so good it's awesome.
🎧 song of the day: Sarah by Alex G. I got home from work and ended up looping this song feeling kinda depressed, but then looped Buttercup by Jack Starbur and felt a bit better.
🔆 day ramble: Super busy day at work and ended up coming home and feeling a bit of a depressive spiral, but that's just how it goes sometimes. It'll get better with some time, plus I have a lot to be excited about with school starting tomorrow!! It'll be so much fun.

🔆📝 HOW TO KEEP YOUR LIFE ORGANIZED 📝🔆
1. The 3 most important tasks. Write down the top 3 tasks you need to do during the day. Start your day with them, and then you won't have another day where you've managed the small things and there's no time left for the important things.
2. Make a task list. Every morning, make a list of tasks that you need to do during the day. This list will help you stay on top of your scheduled to-do's and make you more organized.
3. Do only one thing at a time. When you focus on just one thing, the work progresses a lot better than if you do several things at once, jumping from one thing to another.
4. Do it now. If something needs to be done, do it right now. Don't put it off for a minute, because then you'll find other reasons why that action needs to be postponed or not done at all.
5. Clear your workspace.Remove from your field of vision all unnecessary and superfluous things that can distract you.
6. Simplify, simplify, simplify! Find methods to simplify your actions so you can get your things done in less time with less effort.
7. Keep things in order. You don't want to throw things around your apartment or office. Put each thing in its place and then you will not need to spend time looking for them.
8. Sign up for a time planning service. Nowadays, there are many different services on the internet that help you plan and do what you have planned. You will be able to keep your to-do lists under control, work on them through your phone, get reminders on your phone or e-mail and more.
9. Examine your daily routine.Analyze your days. What takes up the most of your time, what you are often distracted by, what activities do little good. Try to remove habits from your life that interfere with your life.
10. Add color. Those who like to work with different colors can try creating a to-do list in different colors so you can see important to-do's at a glance.
11. Let others do.Some to-do's are worth delegating to other people (work or home).
12. Be positive.If you are not able to make your life organized in one day, you should not despair. Try, try, try and you will see that you and your life will start to change.
13. Set goals. It helps a lot to speed up the process of work if you clearly see the end goal you are moving towards.
14. Set a deadline.Understanding that you have a definite time limit on a task, you will be less distracted and relaxed.
15. Encourage yourself. When you finish some hard work, an important task or some project, then do something nice for yourself, maybe even celebrate the event. Positive emotions will help you in the future and make life more joyful.
