Alpin Chalet Hotel

Alpin Chalet is a winter sports hotel with a spacious wellness area on a 50x50 plot. There is a reception, seven hotel rooms, two bars, two lounges, public computer access, a breakfast buffet, two dining rooms, a ski cellar, and a large spa area with reception, three saunas, two relaxation areas, massage chairs and loungers, a pool and a yoga area. There is also a parking lot and tables outside.

Download ravansheens lift mod, to be sure, that the lift and the spiral stairs of SYB are functional.

- What is this? - a save file! NOT a world. - Why? - i love Mariners Reach but for one, its an old world released before a lot of the expansions, and secondly, its a vacation world and therefore doesn’t have Rabbit holes really.  So i decided to add some places i think would fit into a small island community.  And since it felt wrong to re-upload the world entirely i decided to make this save file instead of editing the world file. -So what did i add? - before, the only rabbit hole was a grocery store, now there are also a City Hall, Police Station, Business & Journalism, Hospital, Book Store, and a School! also added a library, a coffee shop, a resort and even a port for your dream houseboat!, plus added in a few random objects from ‘newer’ packs to random places around the island :)  Here’s a little map of the bigger thing i added (enjoy my handwriting) -

So what do you need? - Mariners Reach ( found here ) and Jynx’s rabbit hole rugs ( which i couldn’t find so i added it to my download:)) - Expansion packs required - World Adventures, Ambitions, Late night ( a must for the world itself ). Generations, Pets, Showtime, Supernatural, Seasons, University Life and Island Paradise ( are packs i have installed tho i don’t know how much each of them is required ). Download here - Bloop.  (just open the .rar file and put the “mariners reach update” folder in your saves folder. don’t forget to add the rugs to your cc folder as well!) Reminder! - i did not create this world its ways beyond my abilities, for the most part i barely built anything and just redid interiors, all credit for this beautiful world belong to JOHNNYWR have a good day  <3 and tell me if there’s a problem

🎟️CLUB LEADER CAREER🎟️

This is just a one level career aimed at Sims running a club, so they can make a little money out of it. Once a week, your Sim will need to travel to the members homes (rabbithole), to collect their membership fees. This was suggested by Cheekybits, over at The Sims Forums.
