While Beatrix adjusted to her new life in Fusionsprunt, Bortom City leaders voted for a new android model that would pass the idea of protection and safety to the population while also posing a threat to rising rebel groups beyond the city borders. Thus, Commander Rahyet was born.

They've learned their lesson, created a compliant machine whose only purpose is to spread its directive by erasing the victim's code and replacing it with its own.
