I’m spending today doing some manual audio restoration on this record from 1969.

To be released in June on WOW Records.

The recording is from Two Cities, the musical based on ‘A Tale of Two Cities’ by Charles Dickens. When a new musical hit the theatres, they would spend the Sunday before the opening Monday recording the show for public release on Vinyl format.

Yamaha E-String Recording As part of the pre-production for the upcoming ‘Jeff Wayne’s Musical Version of The War of The Worlds’ Theatre production at the dominion theatre, we spent the day recording an orchestra of 13 E-Strings - the first of this size in the world. Line-up: 4x 1st Violins, 4x 2nd Violins, 2x Viola, 2x Celli, 1x Double Bass & 1 Conductor
