'The older you get' ... Just how long will it take for the boy to go through the worlds, and partake within his adventure?

Xehanort flexed a hand, feeling the light aches through the joints, despite him taking care of his body over the years. "Groin,'' he repeated, committing it to memory. He nodded.

He lifted an eyebrow. "Would seafood count in that area?" .. he couldn't just give up on sugar. Some days, especially now, that was all he ran on. Even when he skipped days of eating, sometimes, due to research and being the leader of the Organization.

"How about - high calorie snacks? The opportunity to sit down isn't exactly the highest." That'd be easier, less interfering.

He fell silent, thinking around the schedule for tomorrow.

He had wanted to do an Organization meeting at some point during the afternoon ... "Would you be able to create an appointment for after ... oh, let's say, 3 o'clock?" He questioned.

"Work more on your groin area, otherwise your upper body won't be able to support itself the older you get."

Which is saying a lot, this man...is a lot older then most of his patients, and not to mention a lot stronger then he looked. Alas he's not one to point that out.

"Bread, meat, avoid sugar if you can."

"I can make ache ointment, but the strength is dependent on wether your here tomorrow or not. the immediate one can still work, but I can make a stronger one by tomorrow."

The long note perturbed him. Why did it have to be like that? He lifted an eyebrow at such advice. "I ... am able to train, if that's also viable. Though, is that a touch excessive for such an issue, swinging around a weapon?" Work out his muscles, keep his joints working right. In these later years, he had to be a little careful.

.. Eating food. "High calorie foods, like what?"

He doubted he'd follow it. He had so much to do, to read, before the Fated Day would roll around.

".. what are your options for the ointments?"

He writes down something exceedingly long.

"If your still exercising at your age, focus more on your butt area. It will do wonders in increasing your endurance on the spine since it supports it."

Another thing written down.

"So eat some more food, perhaps high in calories and train your butt."

"We have ache ointments if its minor pain."

.. it's almost embarrassing to be even here, but if he were to continue forward... Xehanort furrowed his brows, drawing attention to his own posture. ".. Some, yes. Particularly in the lower back region."

He has some guts, advising anyone and everyone on medicine when his physical health looks so bad compared to say, his current patient. It takes some bad management to look worse then someone who could be his father age.
