I was reading the Outsiders Musical script (don't judge me ok) and thought I'd share some of my favorite italicized stage notes:
“He might do something fun with the hubcap. The greasers laugh” (my favorite I think)
“Ponyboy happens upon a cadre of immaculately dressed people”
“No peace for Darrel.”
“Darrel grabs a bottle of dove dish soap”
“Sodapop is lying in his bed with his shirt off. Ponyboy is lying in his bed, wearing a T-Shirt”
“This trifecta of Soc Girls is impressive”
“Bob tries to wedge his way to Cherry but she playfully rebuffs him. This is all about the girls”
“Darrel continues attacking the laundry, stops.”
“They find Dally, who is dancing intensely with a woman.”
