Mariquita sighed. “Wow, you really over-thought that, didn’t you?”

Taboo shrugged. “It's a gift.”

From summer to high school, Phineas and his friends deal with forces of supernatural design, compared to their scifi reality.

The "Weather" Elemental Trio (Isekai into Genshin Impact)

Summary:

In a collection of universes referred to as “Miraculous Ladybug,” at the center is the destruction and re-creation of reality because of wishes. For the ones that Gimmi, the Kwami of Reality, grants,everything comes with a cost, and repercussions must occur to balance the new existence. So far, the manipulation of reality should affect one world. However, ripples across several worlds have spread to fracture others. Three victims have fallen through the cracks, with a new world awaiting them—a new collection of universes called “Genshin Impact.”

Let's call this patchwork "Weather" Elemental Trio. It's a simple name until the immersive settles and the timelines unfold. The trends have started to form.

Hey, everyone! For fun, I'm developing a Miraculous Ladybug (MLB) x Genshim Impact AU. The main idea is based on Aurore, Kagami, and Mireille from MLB being isekai into Genshin Impact. I have a few posts about the initial concepts. Everything is free to use. The related posts are under the Notes section. However, I have to warn you that they are incredibly long.

The concepts for Kagami and Mireille have changed as of the publication of this post (February 4, 2025).

Kagami is an Electro Dragon and, as a human, has a Pyro Vision.

For Mireille, she now has a Dendro Vision as a human. She is still a Hydro Dragon.

Aurore has stayed the same for her being a Geo Dragon and having an Anemo Vision as a human.

Sub-Prologues:

#1 Kagami Tsurugi

Ryuko, the Dragoness of Storms, glared at the new moth-themed villainess. The teenage Bunnyx, Marinette, and Adrien lay on the floor motionless. Everyone was overwhelmed by the self-akumatized villain. It was a disaster with little hope of victory. Some had lost their miraculous, which the villainess was wielding. The others retreated to recharge for the onslaught. Viperion struggled against the villain who kept him from reaching his ouroboros bracelet. He desperately fought to undo the villainess’ victory. Kagami eyed the rabbit miraculous. She would have grabbed it if “Lila Rossi” didn't start talking. Kagami called upon the Lightning Dragon to strike her enemy down. The dragon turned into bolts of lightning to strike her foe down. However… Lulka was also hit. Ryuko fought to keep up the assault on Lila despite her guilt. Yet, it was all in vain as Lila completed her wish. Kagami would never threaten the selfishly crafted new order. Lila would have killed Kagami's soul if Faith had not had "pity." If Kagami was… Kagami supposed she couldn't dwell on her mistakes anymore. Nothing would be left of the world she knew, and her failures wouldn't matter if they ceased to exist in this universe. She supposed her final moments should be spent reflecting on her life… a stranger dreaming of being a warrior. Her ideals were of the past and legacy.

The Static Dragoness, your faith is eternal. An outsider with no home. You will never be alongside the rain and clouds that make your storms.

#2 Aurore Beauréal

Pleut Dragoness, the Dragon of Gales, stood in the line of defense against Gabriel Agreste and Mayura. Ladybug and Chat Noir were down with Gabriel stealing their miraculous. Marinette and Adrien had a few allies to protect them. Aurore noticed Gabriel sneak up behind someone. She pointed the tip of her sword at Gabriel. From the power of Wind Dragon, Aurore created gusts of wind to propel Gabriel away from her allies. She kept Gabriel pinned to the wall until Mayura came to restrain the child. Mayura and Pleut Dragoness wrestled for control. The dragon continued her constant assault, even as the blade pointed away from her target. She couldn't lose the Wind Dragon after one use. Aurore just needed to aim it at Gabriel. However, Gabriel managed to finish telling his wish. Gabriel sacrificed Aurore along with his original tradeoff. If Aurore didn't have a shield, she would have disappeared. Aurore's heart shattered. She hoped Viperion could rewind time. However, Viperion collapsed from the sustained injuries compounding from his time loops. His body and mind never forgot. The co-weather girl wished her thoughts would liberate her from pain in her final moments. Aurore's ambitions for her future ended here. She wanted peace and let the past fade away.

The Prisoner Dragon of Stones, cry to the heavens. You will never ascend to plead for mercy. May the chains of the past prevent your hope for the future.

#3 Mireille Caquet

Brume, the Dragon of Mist, was caught in Gabriel Agreste's grasp. She tried to prevent him from making a wish with the stolen miraculous of Ladybug and Chat Noir. The weakest dragon wanted to save her friends desperately. Everyone else was down, with Mireille as the last one standing. Gabriel knew she was the weakest link and saved the pathetic girl for the ultimate victory. He was cruel in his final words before the end of the universe. Brume choked out her last command, “Water Dragon.” She turned into water and escaped Gabriel's grasp. Mireille retreated, hoping for a miracle. Yet, she disappeared with the universe's destruction. If she could start over… a fantasy to numb her regret. She'll be stronger and the hero everyone needs. Yet, with Gabriel and Émilie Agreste repeating the cycle of Mireille's failures, a cosmic debt forced her to a new cursed existence.

The Inferior, Raindrop Dragon, weep in your despair. May the rain and tears never wash away the pain. Drown for your sins.

What is this post about?

This post is about my inspirations for the Vision elements pairings with the human forms of Kagami, Aurore, and Mireille. I didn't include this information in previous post's related to my starting point ideas for my MLB x Genshin crossover. As of the publication of this post, (January 23, 2025) there are only two Tumblr Posts with informative content. 1)Introduction (FAQs) to MLB x Genshin Impact Weather Elemental Dragon Trio AU 2) Section Extension (+FAQs) Dragon Form Elements This is also an update to the section from the intro (FAQs) with the response to questions, "Do they have human forms? If so, what are their Vision elements?" You can find the initial answer in the #1 post listed above. However, you don't have to read the original response, as I'll repeat the information.

Why did you choose Electro for Kagami, Anemo for Aurore, and Mireille for Hydro for their version elements in their human forms? Or, what reasoning was behind assigning the specific "Vision" to the human forms?

First, I need to explain why I assigned Kagami, Aurore, and Mireille one Vision element for their human forms. The dragon miraculous has three powers (Lighting, Wind, and Water) that are the element equivalent of Electro, Anemo, and Hydro. In MLB, one person can use all three powers. However, I am limiting each character to wield one element from the dragon miraculous. The three powers "derived" from the miraculous were divided and assigned to a character. Now, I'll answer the questions. I chose the pairings based on what I thought of which power of the dragon miraculous (Lighting, Wind, and Water) each character could best utilize. Or, the elements/ second version in human forms are based on the individual's specialty in using Lighting, Wind, and Water Dragon. The "process of elimination" will indirectly be explained in a different section of this post about the secondary and third specialties. It will be marked with 🌟🌟🌟/ Stars.

Kagami- Electro (Electricity)

Lightning Dragon seems like the most offensive and combative power of the dragon miraculous.

Aurore- Anemo (Wind/ Air)

I used Stormy Weather's usage of Stormy Weather's parasol's windstorms to defend herself by pushing her opponents back. Stormy Weather is Aurore after she gets akumatized or turned evil and is given powers by Hawkmoth, using the butterfly miraculous.

Mireille- Hydro (Water)

Water Dragon has been used for support in MLB. In Ikari Gozen, Ryuko (Kagami with the dragon miraculous) used Water Dragon to execute Ladybug's plan of activating bath bombs inside Ikari Gozen's "stomach" compartment. The fizzing of the bath bombs caused Ikari Gozen to vomit water, releasing Chat Noir, who was trapped inside. This also incapacitated Ikari Gozen because she felt sick, allowing the heroes to defeat her.

In MLB Season 3, Episode 26, Miracle Queen (The Battle of the Miraculous - Part 2), Marinette's unification of the ladybug and dragon miraculous wielded a new effect. The Water Dragon used with the yo-yo weapon created a water bubble barrier.

Did you use the meaning of Visions in Genshin to influence your selections?

Yes, the representations of Visions paired with personality traits and goals played a minor role in my decision-making. I used story ideas for this crossover for the circumstances where Kagami, Aurore, and Mireille receive their Visions. A separate post or fanfiction will be posted on AO3 for my collection with potential stories. I used two sources for information about Visions. They will be cited at the end of this section.

Kagami Tsurugi

Electro: "Considered Weird and Out of Place by Other People"

[OR]... "those who see the world differently from others and are generally considered "weird" or"odd", or are essentially living in their own world."

Kagami is awkward and seems strange in social interactions. She lacks skills and experience. Her mother kept Kagami in a "separate" world by prohibiting Kagaim from making friends. The symbolism of fire for Kagami's Pyro (Fire) Dragon Form also aids in the meaning of Electro being out of place. In Egypt, fire represents a sense of superiority. Kagami's pursuit of perfection and high expectations can make her seem above average or extraordinary.

Aurore Beauréal

Anemo: Free from the Pains of the Past

[OR]... "in some way, desire or chase some form of freedom, or have a strong ambition."

The idea of Aurore wanting to be "free from the pains of the past" and "desire or chase some form of freedom" comes from potential stories. Being trapped in Teyvat, Aurore won't be able to pursue her ambition to be a television host. However, Aurore can adapt to find another way to report the news. She could deliver papers, make public announcements in the streets, or work with a news agency or an investigative organization. Aurore could work for the Spina di Rosula if she lands in Fontaine. But if Aurore cannot fill the void or find a way to be content, she could want to be free of the pain of being unable to fulfill her past desires. She might want freedom from Teyvat's limitations and differences from her home world.

Mireille Caquet

Hydro: "Either Have A Strong Dedication Towards Something or Have a Desire to Help or Protect Others"

My assumption about Mireille is that she is willing to help others because of her kindness.

The Hydro Vision for Mireille is more based on my inspirations for Brume (Mist)'s design for my AO3 fanfiction. While part of her design is inspired by Neuvillette, I considered using Furina and Folcalor's outfits. Folcalor's tone is less bold and loud than her human counterpart (Furina). This can somewhat be compared to Aurore and Mireille's differences in speaking. Folcalor also has an almost gentleness and subtle confidence. Mireille has the potential to grow into a non-divine version of Folcalor. Her dedication to others doesn't strictly have to be through combat or personal relationships. She can be a supporting actor/ player behind the scenes. Yet... Mireille's dedication can become a tragedy if she follows Folcalor's sacrificial tendency.

What would be the girl's primary, secondary, and third specialty, "Vision," in their human forms? Can you explain your ranking of expertise for the lower levels?

Kagami

Primary- Electro

Secondary- Hydro

Third- Anemo

#2 Hydro ->

Kagami needs to be a team player and not go solo in fights. The secondary specialty with Hydro allows Kagami to play another role and be efficient enough to support it. In Ikari Gozen, Kagami, as Ryuko, was impatient and didn't wait to listen to Ladybug's plan. She escaped using Wind Dragon and fought her mother alone. Ryuko ignored her allies, which caused Chat Noir to be captured. Afterwards, Kagami listened and followed Ladybug's plan, which led them to victory.

#3 Anemo ->

The Hydro section for Kagami should help explain why Anemo wasn't selected for the secondary strength. However, Anemo can be another offensive element by boosting Kagami's speed. However, Anemo can also be defensive, as seen by Stormy Weather's use of wind gusts in combat.

Primary- Anemo

#2 Electro->

Aurore's secondary specialty is Electro, as she's more similar to Kagami with aggression... as different miraculous superheroes in my fanfiction. However, there is support in MLB with additional personality. While Aurore is shy, she is also confident on live television and bolder in her alter ego, Stormy Weather.

#3 Hydro-> Stormy Weather didn't use water powers in her debut episode, only ice to freeze things and make hail. Despite ice being frozen water, Cryo (Ice) is separate from Hydro. So, Hydro is the element Aurore is the least proficient in as her alter ego personalities.

Mireille

Primary- Hydro

Secondary- Anemo

Third- Electro

#2 Anemo ->

Anemo can be used defensively, as explained by Aurore and her use of wind during the episode "Stormy Weather." Mireille's secondary strength would be a defensive role. In my fanfiction... as Terra, Mireille used the turtle miraculous, with a defensive power and weapon. Shelter is the superpower that creates a barrier, with the weapon being a shield.

#3 Electro ->

Mireille will fight as a last resort. However, she prefers to delay until backup arrives so Mireille can switch roles.

This post provides additional details for the second inspiration I glanced over in my initial response. I'm also explaining in more detail how the characterizations of Kagami, Aurore, and Mireille influenced my decisions for their elements paired with their dragon forms.

Hey, what about the characterization of Kagami, Aurore, and Mireille made you choose Pyro, Geo, and Hydro for their dragon form? Why didn't you keep the primary combat roles as a reason?

I'll answer the second question first. I went general since I don't play Genish Impact or understand the mechanics. Please, don't try to explain. I'm a casual gamer and hate grinding. Also, I'm not spending money to get my favorite characters!

For the first question, I chose Vision pairings based on the element's impression and some opinions about the traits they could represent. However, I expanded my reasonings below after a brief research.

Pryo (Fire) Symbolism for Kagami

Aggression

Kagami is an aggressive fencer.

Inspiration.

Kagami wants to make fights more interesting and exciting by taunting her opponents for their weaknesses. She wants her opponents to be better and increase the difficulty of the challenge so she can improve. However, Kagami also wants others to improve. Kagami wants inspiration for growth.

Passion

Kagami's competitive nature often indicates passion, which fire also represents. She is a risk-taker despite what's at stake.

Superiority

In Egypt, fire represents a sense of superiority. This fits Kagami's competitive spirit and confidence in her abilities because of her perfectionism. Her pursuit of perfection and high expectations can make it seem like someone is above average or extraordinary.

Control

In Egypt, fire also represents control. A possible belief about being a perfectionist could be that you are in control of the outcome.

Destructive Potential

This can be a surface level comparison the expression "when the volcano explodes." "

"When the volcano explodes" is a metaphor for a sudden outburst or expression of intense emotions, like lava erupting from a volcano. While Kagami has a composed exterior and is thoughtful, she can be emotional and rage-prone.

The volcano contains magma that will become lava after reaching the Earth's surface. It holds the emotions that are typically suppressed. The container traps magma and emotions that build up pressure until it "pops." Kagami has difficulty understanding and controlling her emotions. She bottles them up until they explode.

Geo (Earth) Symbolism for Aurore

I couldn't find symbolic terms for Earth that matched Aurore's personality presented in the Miraculous Ladybug show. Aurore is a background character. However, I found some information from the Symbolism Wiki supporting my idea of Aurore serving in a defense role.

Grounded

While Aurore is prideful and sometimes arrogant, she shows appreciation to others and is a co-partner/ co-host with Mireille. Aurore works with the girl who won a competition against her. She was mad. But now, Aurore and Mireille are friends.

Stability -> Defense

The symbolism of stability is replaced by the Oxford Languages definition of "the state of being stable." I went through a series of synonym definitions from the dictionary meaning of stability, from safety and protection to defense. Oxford Languages defines a noun definition of defense as "the action of defending from or resisting attack." Aurore, as Stormy Weather, when she was possessed and a supervillain, uses her parasol's windstorms to defend herself by pushing her opponents back. She is very capable of hiding to make sneak attacks.

However, stability and defense are "connected" through the idiom "standing your ground." It means to "not retreat or lose one's advantage in the face of opposition." While not utilized in the MLB show, Stormy Weather could have made barriers with shields of ice or wind gusts to create obstacles from debris. Stormy Weather could have fought while standing in place.

Opposite of Anemo (Air)

Uh... I used the umbrella Aurore carries in her design. However, the parasol could be a "shield" on a stick.

But Aurore, with the Geo element in her dragon form, is because of Navia Caspar from Genshin Impact. Navia is a Geo user with an umbrella! I'm sorry, but it's perfect.

Mireille- Hydro (Water)

There isn't much content in the Miraculous Ladybug show for deeper characterization, with surface-level descriptions of shyness and kindness. Mireille is a background character.

Grace

Water is a symbol of grace. According to Oxford Languages, a definition of grace means "courteous goodwill." Kindness is a synonym of goodwill.

(Supporting) Life

The explanation for the representation of life is based on the assumption Mireille is a supportive person. I used her role as a co-host with Aurore. They are both weather forecasters and announcers for the TV studio they work at.

Yes, somewhat. I used Ga-ming<3's July 31, 2023, YouTube video about what each vision represents. The title is "What each vision represents ||Genish Impact||."

I interpret the information as the traits/ general ambitions/ backstory/ stage in life associated with a Vision Element. Or its general categories. Below are the relevant Quotes from the video.

Introduction (FAQs) to MLB x Genshin Impact: Weather Elemental Dragon Trio AU

What the heck is this?!

This is a Tumblr Post for Potential FAQS about my character ideas for a Miraculous Ladybug and Genshin Impact crossover. It is a W.I.P. for story ideas with the main idea of the "Weather Trio" turning into Elemental Dragons when entering the Genish universe/ world. The circumstances behind the crossover are TBD. But I just want mini-stories with cute dragons with one of my fandoms—an older fandom with my newest. Unfortunately for the "dragons," they're humans who turn into those creatures.

Note: I don’t play the game. My knowledge of Genshin is based on YouTube videos. I've gotten ideas from fanfiction and art. However, I can bend the rules because of the crossover and make alternate universes.

Where did the idea of a MLB x Genish Impact crossover come from?

Ah... It started with my sketches of designing hero costumes for Mireille with the dragon miraculous. The drawings were for Brume (Mist) in my AO3 fanfiction [Macaque Keeps Getting the Monkey Miraculous]. This story is a Miraculous Ladybug (MLB) and LEGO Monkie Kid crossover. My inspirations were Neuvillette from Genish Impact and Zoe-oneesama's February 2, 2019, Tumblr Post of Aurore Beauréal with the dragon miraculous.

While Googling images of Neuvillette to use as references, I found fanart. Despite not playing Genshin Impact, I got curious and went into the fandom on Tumblr. Then, when sketching the superhero costume versions, I drew little dragon snakes for fun. Everything went downhill after my brain thought, wouldn't it be funny if Mireille and Neuvillette met?

Who are the "Weather Trio" Elemental Dragons? What elements do the three have "Visions" of?

The "Weather Trio" are Kagami Tsurugi, Aurore Beauréal, and Mireille Caquet from Miraculous Ladybug. "Weather Trio" is my group nickname for them. I haven't thought of a better one unrelated to Pokémon. Dragons were included in the nickname to differentiate it because Aurore and Mireille are dragon-themed superheroes in my fanfic. Kagami is a canon in MLB as Ryuko, appearing in Season 3, episode 18, Ikari Gozen.

Kagami is a Fire Element (Pyro), while Mireille is a Water Element (Hydro). I don't know what Geo represents in Genish Impact; maybe it's Earth.

Why choose Pyro, Geo, and Hydro for the dragon forms?

I chose Pyro, Geo, and Hydro based on the primary combat role categories of Tank (frontline defense), Damage Dealer (high offensive output), and Support (healing and utility). My fanfiction with Aurore and Mireille being different superheroes/ miraculous holders and their utilization influenced the Geo and Hydro pairing.

Kagami's Pyro is meant to be more offensive as she is a sword fighter.

As a Geo user, Aurore serves as a compliment to Kagami for defense.

Mireille is meant to serve as support.

However, I also took slight influence on the human version of Kagami, Aurore, and Mireille from the MLB Show. The dragon forms are "reflective" them as humans/ civilians in MLB. It's meant to represent the characters before their transformation into dragons. Not the teenagers as their alter egos. The pairings are not 100% accurate to the representations of the Visions in Genish Impact.

Yes, they have human forms! Their "Vision" elements in human forms are based on the individual's specialty in using Lighting, Wind, and Water Dragon. Or, the second Vision in human form is what power they can best utilize.

The dragon miraculous has three powers that are divided between three people.

Why is Mireille double Hydro? Shouldn't Mireille have a different primary Element as a human and a dragon?

Mireille is double Hydro because I can't decide if she should have a Cyro (Ice) or Dendro (Plants?) for her dragon form. I'm using the information about what Cyro and Dendro represent on the July 31, 2023, YouTube video, What each vision represents ||Genish Impact|| by Ga-ming<3.

Cryo: Broken And/or Stuck Dendro: Trauma and Pain is Haunting, yet the Desire of Wisdom to Overcome Trauma Present

The second reason is because I want to Mireille to resemble Neuvillette. Please refer to the first and second FAQ, because that is background for why I'm obsessed with story ideas for potential fanfics. Mireille has been given the spotlight because of my idea of Neuvillete adoring baby dragons, especially a hydro like him. These crazy new head cannons of mine come from Tumblr User baby-vee-blog's January 10, 2025 and kurusketch's Sepetember 17, 2024 posts.

Wouldn't Mireille being similar to Neuvillete over shadow Kagami and Aurore?

Most likely, depending on how I execute my stories with all three of the "Weather Trio" Elemental Dragons involved. Because Mireille only has Hydro, she could take advantage of having more control and power if she specialized in it.

Again, it goes back to Mireille having either a Cyro or Dendro in her dragon form. However, Kagami, Mireille, and Aurore are supposed to be a balanced trio. They aren't meant to overshadow one another. So, I'm afraid it's a yes.

Hold on, backtrack, please. Do the three have access to the alternate versions of Lighting, Wind, and Water Dragon powers from the miraculous in the form of "Visions?" Or, can Kagami, Aurore, and Mireille use other elements in either form?

They are limited to one "Vision" in their human and dragon forms. This is because of the rules of the miraculous in MLB and Genish Impact regrading Visions. In the show MLB, when Kagami transforms into Ryuko, she "gains" weather elements from Longg through the medium of a miraculous. Her use of Lightning, Wind, and Water Dragons is temporary. She can only use each power once because she is a minor. Kagami and all other children are forced to detransform, thus losing their power until the kwami is recharged. In Genish, Vision holders can only have one element permanently, with a Masterless Vision (deactivated with no access to power) potentially being active again, but only temporarily.

Huh? Can you give a different explanation for the last section's questions? Or can you clarify?

Sorry. The three cannot access the different elements/ alternate versions of Lighting, Wind, and Water Dragon powers from the miraculous as "Visions" in either (human or dragon) forms. In their dragon forms, they are limited to one element. The same is true for their human forms. Kagami cannot use Electro as a dragon or Pyro as a human. She is also limited from using Anemo and Hydro in both her forms. For another example, Aurore cannot use Electro or Hydro in both her forms. She only has access to Geo and Anemo limited to one form to use. They are locked after the vice versa changes occur between forms. Mireille is trapped with Hydro.

The reasoning for the lack of use of the other elements is because of the rules regrading the miraculous power use for minors in MLB and Genish Impact's limit of one Vision. For MLB, the use of Lightning, Wind, and Water Dragons is temporary and single use of each power. After the use of all three abilities, the children are forced to detransform, thus losing their power until the kwami is recharged. In Genish, Vision holders can only have one element permanently. However a Masterless Vision (deactivated with no access to power) can potentially being active again, but only temporarily with another user.

If you would change the rules and remove some restrictions about the human and dragon form limits, what could you do? Can we implement more of the miraculous lore into this Crossover AU?

I can add more miraculous by removing the limitations of only using one elemental power in Kagami, Aurore, and Mireille's human forms. Thus, everyone can use Electro, Hydro, and Anemo. However, the dragon forms with Pyro Dragon Kagami, Geo Dragon Aurore, and Hydro Dragon Mireille remain.

Pyro Dragon Kagami Tsurugi

Kagami's dragon form is based on her Ryuko costume and the kwami Longg. Her design is still a work in progress. I want her to be more like a Japanese Dragon while appearing young. She is a little baby dragon, LOL. This post doesn't include all my drafts or concepts.

Pyro Vision

The casing is based on Ryuko's symbol in her costume for the Lightning, Wind, and Water Dragon powers. Lightning Dragon is represented by the golden casing and with a lightning bolt at the end tip. I've included the scales on her costume with the curved spikes. Wind Dragon and Water Dragon are the claw-like tips holding down the Pyro Symbol.

Kagami's Pyro Vision casing doesn't follow Genish Impact's casing pattern based on a nation in Teyvat. She isn't from their "world" or universe.

Note: While I don’t play the game, I've started to get into Genshin Impact. My knowledge of the game is based on YouTube videos. I've gotten ideas from fanfiction and art. However, I can bend the rules if I crossover with Miraculous Ladybug.

The second inspiration for Kagami's Pyro Vision is based on Kettletoro's November 21, 2023, video explanation of Furina's Hydro Vision. It's title is SECRETS hidden in FURNIA'S Vision.

I want Kagami's casing to be unique because it isn't "given" to her by the Archons. The claws are referencing the dragon miraculous. While Longg doesn't have fire powers, the dragon form symbolizes Kagami as a human or civilian.

The Pyro Vision could change to an Electro, Anemo, or Hydro Vision in Kagami's human form. However, I prefer an Electro Vision.

Aurore and Mireille will be posted later. There will be different explanations for them. However, some of the information will be repeated.

The two questions I asked Seeker_of_AdriNath are related to my plan for the fight against Phoenix in Dominator [Part 4].

Q1: How does Voyage work?

Before Seeker_of_AdriNath got my reply that revealed some pairings, they suggested Chloé take Kaalki. Chloé could go well with Kaalki because she'll match Chloé's temper. Pollen is to submissive to Chloé.

Max could serve as reconnaissance using the mouse. Or Max could be a less competent fox. While he isn't great at improvisation or making the most creative illusions, his Mirages could work well enough to fool the enemy.

I understood that Voyage works by the user makes estimations of the distance between their current location and the intended destination. This came from MLB Season 3, Episode 14, Startrain. Max (as Pegasus) eleported a bus from Space to the Big Ben Tower in London. Max would have done a lot of mental calculations and use astronomy knowledge. Because of this, I thought about Max receiving the horse miraculous.

I planned to have Max teleport rain clouds from various locations (places he has never been) to Paris. Given an atmospheric something map of the weather, he could guess how far the clouds are from his current location. However, if specifics aren't needing and a general guess works, I'm giving someone else the horse.

Q2: Can I please keep Mireille with the Dragon Miraculous?

After Seeker_of_AdriNath gave several suggestions for pairings, Aurore didn’t have anything new left. While there wasn’t a new combination, Aurore can still take another miraculous that she's proficient in. She can be on standby in case Dominator downs another ally like with Nightmare or disables another power like Chat Noir. The miraculous needed remains in the fight.

Everyone who has been "taken out" should also remain on standby.

In the initial response, Seeker_of_AdriNath suggested that Phoenix is defeated through suffocation using Wind Dragon. Then Water Dragon would be used to extinguish the flames.

Aurore and Kagami would 100% be ready to knock Phoenix out using Wind Dragon. Seeker_of_AdriNath's method.

Water Dragon would put out the flames. However, it's dangerous to the civilians trapped as Water Dragon works more like a river/ stream/ wave/ flood. Mireille cannot hold onto a water form for long.

The earlier-mentioned plan to teleport rain clouds would be used if Mireille has the dragon. She would use Wind Dragon to move the rain clouds from where Voyage's portals got them. Kagami and Aurore don't have the patience for that task.

This request chapter revealed spoilers for feedback to finalize concepts and details for Dominator [Part 4]. It had three sections with each having an overview and subset of questions.

A. Redemption

I planned to include Alya, Nino, Chloé, and Max as allies in the fight. Max is 100% for practicality, while Chloé is a middle finger to Lila. However, those four need more development and growth to prove themselves. Alya, Nino, and Max are starting a new character arc when Dominator [Part 4] starts. Chloé's potential redemption is still to be determined. I've touched on it in Ch. 42 Queen Bee of Chance Perhaps.

Nathaniel is the perfect example of character growth, as it was fleshed out. Juleka has less extensive development in the story. However, it was covered "briefly" in chapters of Chpt. 32 Concern and "Entertainment" and Chpt. 33 Pirates (Temporary) Distraction.

Have Alya, Nino, and Max "redeemed" themselves enough to earn a miraculous?

Should convenience or the person best suited for the mission have more weight in superhero selection?

Which of the four probably has the "strongest" case to receive a miraculous based on what I've established?

B. Pairings and Mutli-Weilders

When posting the Request Chapter. I haven't determined the dog, pig, rooster, horse, mouse, and goat. If Alya, Nino, Chloé, and Max were to be dropped, there would be spare miraculous. So, a potential solution to the drop in team member numbers is for the temporary allies to duel-wield. At the time, Aurore and Marc didn't have pairings. There wasn't a reveal about who would get what miraculous in the chapter.

What could Aurore and Marc get for a miraculous?

Can you convince me to drag Macaque back into this?

C. Hero Name

Mireille will have the dragon miraculous and serve a support role. She doesn't fight in Dominator [Part 4].

First drafts for Bee!Kagami and Turtle!Luka

You have no idea how hard the Bee!Kagami was to design… I’m still not 100% satisfied with it.

I thought it would be funny if Kagami’s bee hero name was a real Japanese name just like Ryuko is. Hachimitsu means honey bee so it was perfect.

Turtle!Luka (or Terrapin as I decided to call him) was actually a surprisingly easy design. I’ll probably just tweak a couple of things here and there.
