"oh!" her voice rings out, bright and clear and so very happy, "how kind of you! yes, always. what brings you all the way out here, other than seeing little old me?"

c.a & abilities!

flight! c.a can fly, though not exceptionally high and not for very far distances. she tends to hover more than fly, or glide gracefully around. romantic manipulation! c.a has the ability to mess with the romantic feelings of those around her. she tends not to use this, as it both feels wrong and usually ends in disaster. c.a is able to induce love between a couple or a singular person. she is also able to negate love. this has been done - - - with great trepidation - - - for friends trying to get over someone a few times, though c.a isn't a fan of doing it. true love is able to resist being modified by this ability. love arrows! the ability to manifest & fire arrows that induce love in their targets. similar to general romantic manipulation, c.a doesn't love ( ha ha ) using this ability. she's also a truly awful shot and is more likely to misfire and hit the wrong target when she does try. empathy! the ability to sense and even take on the emotions of those around her, c.a is empathetic to a literally magical point. c.a isn't the best at shutting out the emotions of those around her and is easily swayed into feeling one way or another based on the moods of those around her. c.a is also able to project her own emotions to sway those around her. unbreakable bones! specifically her wings, which are extraordinarily indestructible and cannot be broken! her other ones can, though, as was discovered when she broke her arm in gym class at monster high :(

c.a doesn't need to be told twice. her pink ruffled skirt puffs around her as she sits happily on the edge of a chair; she's polite enough to lean over to start at the elaborate laces on her heeled boots, even though her hair and clothing are dripping with rainwater. if she's gonna get the whole place wet, she might as well be nice and take off her shoes to avoid tracking mud everywhere. "thank you," she looks up at them with a grin, "i totally had it handled until the gust, like, demolished my umbrella. you're a total saint!"

"it would just be ... so cute!" c.a sighs dreamily, fluttering her mascara-spiked eyelashes as she leans forward to sip from her milkshake. strawberry, of course - - - she has an aesthetic to uphold! "i've always said that carnival dates are the cutest. winning each other cute things at the games, getting powdered sugar on your nose from fried dough, riding on the ferris wheel together! i mean, i'm right, right?" music plays faintly from the headphones looped around her neck, something poppy and dreamy, and c.a swivels her phone so rachel can see the pinterest board that started this train of thought. it's carnival date themed - - - no big surprise there.

"watch out!" her voice peaks in a squeak as c.a struggles to stop the momentum of ... herself, perched on a semi-stolen skateboard. borrowed! totally borrowed. she manages to narrowly avoid collision, but it's at the cost of her body tumbling to the ground. "agh, ouch." c.a sits up, taking a moment to take stock of her ripped tights, skinned knees, and scraped palms. youch. she blinks up, squinting a little through bubblegum pink bangs against the sun, still smiling despite the bloodied knees. "hey, could i have a hand?"
