I don't know what this is from, but what I can say is that whether this is real or not it is a pretty accurate representation to some degree.  Most people I have spoken to in my lifetime that are white do not grasp the concept that a "white privilege" even exists.  I won't even get started on male privilege;

Scientists in Brazil have announced they’ll start testing an HIV vaccine on monkeys later this year.

The vaccine wouldn’t eliminate HIV in a person, but it would lower their viral load so that they wouldn’t transmit it to someone who is HIV-negative. 

The HIVBr18 vaccine has been 12 years in the making by a team led by Edecio Cunha Neto, Jorge Kalil, and Simone Fonseca from the medicine faculty of the University of Sao Paulo, Brazil. According to São Paulo State Research Foundation (which also is funding the study), a colony of rhesus monkeys will be used for the clinical trial because not only do they have similar immune systems as humans, but they’re susceptible to Simian Immunology Virus (SIV), which is believed to have been the catalyst of HIV when it first crossed the species plateau. 

"Our goal is to test various immunization methods to select the one capable of inducing a stronger immunological response and thus be able to test it on humans," Neto said, according to the Research Foundation.

Many believe that such a call to move the Olympics out of Russia goes too far. Would this be their opinion if the law instead called for the arrest of any Jews, Roman Catholics or Muslims should they display any sign of their religion, such as a wearing a yamaka or praying while facing Mecca? Discrimination in any form is a blight upon the Winter Games, and it must not be tolerated.
