Hi there! Stumbled upon your video on 連対王 while browsing the uma tag, figured I could do some searches on the Japanese side and see if anything helpful came up, and a lot of interesting stuff did! 連対王 was, essentially, a race prediction software for the GameBoy released by ヴィジット in 1994. It's an odd little software that has you input the various race-related factors while presumably looking at the betting magazine placard or magazine in front of you, and generates race outcome predictions based on them. https://w.atwiki.jp/gball/pages/815.html has some examples of the results it would generate for races like the 2010 Takamatsunomiya Kinen and March Stakes. The author of that post notes that the actual result of the Takamatsunomiya Kinen (6-17) wasn't included in the list of outcomes it generated, btw. Retro Game Bookmarks (https://retrogamebm.com/rentaio/) describes it as "a game for people who, despite reading horseracing magazines, still find it difficult to make predictions" and praises its simplicity. Because that's all it is. A screen, you input odds and track and conditions and whatever, and it spits out predictions. Weird little thing you've found there! Not sure what this does for your video about horseracing games given even RGBM doesn't classify it as such, really (its genre is "Other"), but I hope this little bit of information helps!

Oh, and as an aside, Surugaya has it for about 700 yen here in Japan. So, like, that ebay listing is definitely sus as hell, who is paying that much for this lmao.

Will forever hate the fact that some lads players will always ruin the fun for raf girlies. Their dynamic is based on equality, there are no roles for them and that is their charm. Raf carried mc and then it is shown mc carried Raf too. That type of relationship is adorable and admirable. Don’t y’all think that being put off about mc showing her strength and Raf showing vulnerability is rooted in a place where toxic masculinity is still prevalent? Idk, it’s just getting annoying now.
