ITS FATE ~ PART TWO
(Jacob Black x Uley!reader)
Warning(s): straight up fluff, Sam being an overprotective uncle as usual
Summary: Since Jacob Black has imprinted on you it's now time to get to know each other, but only under a protective watch.
_____________________________________________
Over the next few days, he was everywhere you were. Sam tried to separate you two for your own "safety," but he didn't really enforce it too hard.
Jacob followed you around like a lost puppy. You noticed the way his voice changed when he talked to you, it became softer and gentler. You noticed the way his hand twitched when you talked to him, like he wanted to reach out and touch you, but he never did. You could tell he was a nervous wreck when he was with you.
He didn't pressure you to do anything, he didn't push you to do anything, he simply just showed up. Most times, he was afraid to even talk to you because Sam was staring directly into his soul. Sam wasn't giving him a disapproving stare, just a don't mess up stare.
You had a hard time figuring out your feelings for Jacob as you can't just magically conjure up romantic feelings for him.
"I'm still figuring out all of this. You know, feelings and stuff." You say while sitting on a fallen tree in the middle of the woods. Jacob loved to take you on walks through the woods. He called it "our personal time" because Sam was never around, or so he thought.
"I know, and I'll wait for as long as possible. Feelings or not, I'll always be here for you." Jacob says.
“Thank you.” You say with a smile.
“So, what brought you to La Push for a week?” He asks.
“Oh, I haven’t seen Sam and Emily in over a year and I was sick of Forks, you know?” You say. “Just a little getaway from my parents.”
“Don’t you have any siblings?”
“Nope, I was a mistake.”
He giggles. “Well, uh, I’m glad you’re here.”
“Yeah, this vacation has been a real eye opener.” You say with a chuckle. “My uncle is a wolf and… also the leader of a pack. Then I get imprinted on.”
“Yeah, sorry about that…” Jacob says quietly.
“No,” you put your hand on his knee. “ it’s okay, you can’t control it.”
As soon as you touched his knee, his breath hitches and his face becomes unbelievably pink.
You move in closer to inspect his face for any signs of uneasiness. “Are… are you okay, Jacob?” You ask, slowly moving your hand away from his knee.
“No!” He says, grabbing your hand. “I mean, yes, I’m just, you… I’m okay.” He says, clearly flustered.
You look down at his hand that’s gripping yours. “Hey, Jacob, you’re uhm, squeezing my hand really tight.”
“Oh my- I’m sorry (y/n).” He says quickly, releasing your hand from his grip.
You connect the dots. He’s sensitive to your touch.
Must be a wolf thing.
You smile to yourself and raise your hand to his cheek. It’s warm. Very warm. His eyes widen as you caress the side of his face. His eyes run rampant over your face.
“What are you-”
“You’re unbelievably warm, Jacob.” You say.
“S-sorry, I just, you know, your touch and-”
“I know, I’m only messing with you.” You say with a giggle.
“Oh, good because-”
Crunch.
You both snap your heads to the sound of leaves crunching. Before you know it, Sam appears behind the trees.
“Didn’t mean to intrude. Just making sure you guys are following the rules.” He says with his hands in his pockets.
Sam has always been serious. Sometimes too serious.
“Uncle Sam. Really?” You say with squinted eyes.
“What? I’m responsible for you this week.”
“I get it, but you’re acting like my parents right now. You’re supposed to be the fun uncle, remember?”
“Right… right. I’ll go. Just make sure-”
“I know Uncle Sam.”
Before he leaves, he gives Jacob a look you can’t quite read. Jacob just nods at Sam and turns back to you.
“Maybe we should get going. I’m sure lunch is soon. Emily makes the best muffins.” Jacob says.
“Oh I know. Trust me.”
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
It’s Saturday. One more day until you leave. You sit on the couch while Sam and the boys are outside doing god knows what.
Suddenly, the front door slams open and the boys come stampeding through. You notice Paul and Jacob snickering about something in the corner. You watch with suspicion.
A pair of lips quickly kisses your cheek. “Hey (y/n).”
You quickly snap your head to the side to see none other than Jacob Black. He’s giving you the biggest smile ever paired with the reddest cheeks. Paul must’ve dared him to do that.
Your eyes widen as you realize what just happened. “H…hey.”
“Jacob!” You hear your uncle yell. Uh oh.
“It was Paul’s idea!” Jacob says, putting his hands up in defense.
“Don’t blame that on me! You’re the one who actually did it.” Paul says.
Sam pauses for a second. He glances over at you and sees you trying to hide your smile and red face.
“Just… don’t do that around me, Jacob.” Sam says, sounding a little defeated.
Jacob now has the biggest smirk on his face ever. As do you. You get up from the couch and wait for Sam to leave the living room before quickly pecking Jacob on the cheek and scurrying away. Jacob just stands there holding his cheek while smiling, almost like he was on some sort of trance.
“Dude, I think you’re in love.” Paul says.
Jacob just hits his shoulder and walks away… smiling of course.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The sun peaking through the blinds slowly wakes you up from your slumber. You check your phone for the time and decide it’s time to get up. It’s 10:00. Only six more hours until your parents pick you up.
What am I going to say to them?
You walk into the kitchen to see Emily just finishing up breakfast as the boys make their way into the house. Jacob walks over to you in the living room.
“Why do you look so down today? Wake up on the wrong side of the bed?” Jacob asks.
“No, I just, it’s Sunday.” You say.
“So?”
“I’m leaving today.” You state.
“What.” He didn’t say it as a question, more of a you’re joking, right? Kind of way.
“Yeah, not by choice.” You say, trying your best to reassure him.
“But- but you can’t leave.” He pleads.
“I… I have to Jacob. I’m sorry. Sam and Emily said I can come over every weekend.”
“But, that’s, no. I need to see you every day.” He says while grabbing your waist and looking down at you.
“I’ll- I’ll try to work something out, Jacob.”
He sighs in defeat.
“It’ll be okay.” You reassure him.
From that point forward, Jacob spent every second he could with you until Sam had to basically pry him off of you.
You were packing your bags in your room until you heard a knock on the door.
“Come in!”
The door creaks open. “Hey…” Jacob says.
“Hey, you okay?” You ask.
“Yeah, for the most part. I just don’t want you to leave.” He says while walking to the bed and sitting down next to you.
“I know, I’m sorry.”
“It’s not your fault. I’m sure I can figure something out. You only live 20 minutes away, right?” He asks.
“Yeah, only 10 if you’re speeding.”
He chuckles. “Only 5 if I’m in wolf form.”
You giggle together. “So, what are you going to say to your parents?” He asks.
“Well, apparently my parents already knew about Sam being a shapeshifter. My life feels like a lie. Sam told them about you imprinting on me and stuff so…” you say.
“Ah, well, that’s good.”
“Yeah…” you say.
You continue folding your clothes and pack them in your bag.
“Hey.” Jacob says.
“Ye-” You were cut off by a pair of lips gently kissing yours. His hand is grasping your chin, pulling you closer. You kiss back, savoring the moment.
He pulls away with his hand still grabbing your chin. “Sorry, I don’t know what came over me.”
“Does it look like I’m complaining?” You ask.
“I guess not.” He says with a chuckle.
There’s a knock on your door and Sam enters. “Hey, your mom and dad are here, (y/n).”
Jacob gives you the saddest look ever. “Okay, I’ll be out soon.”
Jacob hugs your side and says, “don’t go, please.”
“I’ll be back before you know it.” You say while standing up, trying to carry all your bags.
“Let me get those.” Jacob says, carrying all of your bags for you.
From the past few days of getting to know Jacob, you’ve fallen for him. Hard. He is the sweetest most loving boy you’ve ever met. You’d be lying if you said you weren’t head over heels for this boy.
You and Jacob walk out front to your parent’s car. Jacob puts your bags in the trunk and turns to you. He gives you the most comforting hug ever. You’ll miss this feeling.
“Okay lovebirds, wrap it up.” Sam says.
You give Sam and Emily and hug and thank them for letting you say. Sam ruffles your hair like he used to when you were a kid and Emily kisses your forehead telling you to be good.
“Call me when you get home?” Jacob says.
“Of course.” You say.
You give him a quick kiss to the cheek before he opens the car door for you. He smiles and waves as you’re driven away.
About two minutes later your phone dings.
Jacob: Miss you already.

ALTERCATIONS WITH THE FIRST ~ PART TWO
(Sam Uley x reader)
Warning(s): anxiety attack, Leah having fucked up thoughts, short fic
Summary: All is well with the Wolfpack, including Leah… Or so you thought.
_____________________________________
It has been a few weeks since... the incident with Leah. Sam told you she's been around with the wolfpack, just not when you are around. You were more than okay with that. You wanted to like Leah, have a good friendship with her, but she didn't allow that. As long as she didn't bother you, all is well.
The incident is still clear in your mind. The facial expression she gave you, how she would look at you through her eyelashes that screamed something sinister. It wasn't hate, no, it was something stronger, more powerful, malice.
Leah couldn't stand the sight of you. The thought of grabbing your head and bashing it into the nearest tree ran rampant in her mind. She wanted to see you writhe in pain. But why hurt you? Because Sam deserves it.
She did have ill intention towards you, yes, but she hated seeing the only person she loved, love someone else.
Leah became bolder with how she acted around you and Sam.
And it all started with one night at the bonfire when she decided to finally show up when your presence was known.
The pack was goofing off as usual. Sam was at the other side of the fire chatting it up with Jacob. But you? You were tense. Something was off, the air just felt thicker. Your intuition telling you something was about to happen.
And your intuition was correct. As always.
Leah didn’t make her presence known when she first arrived. She simply walked over quietly, scanned the group of people until her eyes landed on you. She could tell you were tense. Your shoulders weren’t slumped over like they should be, you’re gripping your mug abnormally tight, too tight that your knuckles were turning white, and you avoided her piercing gaze.
She walked straight past you, but her words stabbed you right in the heart.
“Interesting how fast the pack just welcomes anyone these days.” She says bluntly. No expression is readable on her stoic face.
“She not just anyone, Leah. She’s my imprint. You have to accept that.” Sam says while walking over to you.
“Yeah,” Leah snaps, “funny how fast that makes someone important.”
Your hands tremble in your lap. You hate conflict. Hate the tightness in your chest that started when Leah got like this. Like she blamed you for something you couldn’t control, something Sam couldn’t control.
You tried to breathe, count backwards, ground yourself, but your vision was blurring.
You stood up too fast. The firelight swirled. Your heart hammered so loud you couldn’t hear Sam calling your name.
You barely made it into the kitchen before collapsing onto the floor. Your heart was pounding so hard you could feel it in your ears, your fingers were slowly becoming numb, and oxygen was struggling to enter your lungs.
Your grip tightens on the table leg as you try to pull yourself up, but that wasn’t possible.
Then warm hands cupped your face.
“Hey, hey, look at me,” Sam’s voice grounded you. Deep, steady. “Breathe with me, okay? In… hold…out.”
You tried. You really tried.
“I’ve got you, baby,” he whispered, pulling you into his chest. You felt the heat of his body around you, his increased body temperature helping the numbness in your hands.
“You’re okay. Just breathe.” He says softly.
His heartbeat was steady. Unlike yours.
“I-I’m sorry,” you choke out, voice trembling and hoarse. “I didn’t mean to freak out. I just… I can’t. She hates me and I—”
“No,” Sam says firmly. “None of this is your fault.”
You shook your head against his chest. “But she was with you first. I ruined everything.”
Sam pulled back just enough to look at you, his fingers brushing the tears off your cheeks. “You didn’t ruin anything. Leah and I were already broken before the imprint happened. Our relationship was less than perfect. I care about her, I always will. But you? You’re my heart now.”
You bit your lip. “She looks at me like I’m going to be her next victim.”
Sam stares at you, jaw extremely tense. “Leah’s angry at the world right now. She’s angry at me, at the pack, at the shift, at everything she lost. But I won’t let her anger hurt you anymore.”
You lean into him again, still shaky. “What if she doesn’t stop?”
“Then I set boundaries,” he said, no hesitation. “And if she can’t respect them, she doesn’t get to be around you.”
“But what if-” you start.
“And if that doesn’t work… then she’s out of the pack for good.” Sam reassures you.
The protectiveness in his voice made you want to cry again, but this time from relief.
You looked up at him. “I don’t want to come between you and the pack.”
Sam’s expression softened. “You’re not between me and anything. You are part of my life. Anyone who doesn’t respect that… can take a step back.”
Silence fell between you for a moment, heavy with meaning.
“I love you,” he says, brushing your hair from your face. “Not because of the imprint. But because you’re kind. And brave. And you keep choosing to love me even when the world makes it hard.”
Your voice cracked. “I love you, too.”
Sam kisses your forehead and holds you like you were the most precious thing in the world because to him, you were.
And as the stars blinked awake in the sky above you, you finally breathed deep again.
“Now c’mon, the pack is probably worried about us.” He says. “They probably think we’re doing… stuff we shouldn’t be doing…”
You giggle. He grabs ahold of your hand and starts dragging you out of the house and towards the fire.
After Sam reassuring you about Leah, you now didn’t care what she said or thinks about you and Sam.
She can sit across the fire with an eyebrows furrowed and crossed arms, you didn’t care. In fact, you barely even noticed her.
Sam hugs you from the side and gives you a sweet kiss to the top of your head.
“We’ll be okay. I know it.” He whispers, “All is well.”
And from that point forward, you knew his words were nothing but true.

ALTERCATIONS WITH THE FIRST
(Sam Uley x reader)
Warning(s): mentions of trauma, (y/n) has a mental breakdown
A/N: Requested, I love writing for Sam, Emily does not exist in this story
Summary: You needed a change and moving to Forks was a big step for you. Will everything go according to plan, or will you be reminded of your past? Could meeting the man of your dreams also bring out the worst in you?
_____________________________________________
Forks, the rainiest town in all of Washington. Change was needed. You needed to move away from your hometown. Everything about it was just... too much.
So, once you finally graduated the hell hole of a school you attended, you wasted no time packing up your things and leaving. Forks was small, quiet, and just 20 minutes from the ocean. Just what you needed, peace.
Fast forward to almost a year after moving, you lived in a small, one bedroom, one bathroom house at the end of town. It was wonderful living alone. Nobody bothered you, nobody really noticed you either. You fit right in with everyone else.
You spent your weekends at the beach, if it wasn't raining of course. The beach was usually never bustling with people, so you always sat on the sand and watched the waves crash onto the shore or sat reading book after book.
But this particular Saturday evening had more people than usually. Usually, it was just you and maybe a couple walking alongside the shore but today was different.
As you begin making your way towards the beach you can make out silhouettes of at least ten people. That's weird. You make sure to keep your distance between the large group of people and head to your usual spot. You lay a towel down on the damp sand and pull out a book to continue reading.
After about ten minutes of reading, you are interrupted by a football landing right in front of you. You look up and to your right to see a man jogging towards you. You reach out and pick up the football and you hand it to him, but just as you made eye contact with him, his demeanor shifted. He stopped jogging, mouth slightly agape, and stares directly into your soul, like not even blinking type staring.
"Sorry about that." The man says while grabbing the football from your hand.
"It's no problem." You say, trying to avoid his piercing gaze.
"I'm Sam by the way. Sam Uley." He says with a smile.
"(Y/n) (L/n)." You say.
"You from around here? I haven't seen you before." He asks.
"Yeah, uhm, I live right outside of Forks." You say. You couldn't remember the last time you had a social interaction like this.
"Nice. Well, I guess I should be getting back to my group. It was nice meeting you." He says.
"It was nice meeting you too." You say before he jogs back to the large group of people.
You observe him from afar. He's tall, slightly muscular, and very handsome. Your cheeks flush slightly as you watch him run after the football that's being thrown around, but that quickly changes when you see him wrap his arms around a girl as they leave.
Well, your hopes and dreams were basically crushed at that point. You decide not to keep him in your mind, but you can't help but think about his perfectly built figure and his mesmerizing face. He looked to be about five years older than you, but you wondered who those other boys were. They all seemed to be teenagers.
Oh God, does he have a whole family?
ONE WEEK LATER
You decide to come back to the beach again in hopes of seeing Sam. You wouldn't call yourself a stalker, but this is the most thrill you've felt since you moved here. Yes, he has a girlfriend and that wasn't going to change, I guess you could say you have a little... beach crush.
Your heart fluttered slightly when you caught a glimpse of what appeared to be Sam and the rest of his... family? You observed them for a few moments, but you couldn't help but notice that his girlfriend wasn't there.
You decide to sit slightly closer to his group of people and pray Sam doesn't catch you staring in his direction.
As you continue to read your book with occasional glances his way, you hear footsteps approaching you. You look up to see none other than Sam Uley.
"Hey, I'm glad I caught you here again!" He says as he sits down next to you.
"Yeah, it's nice to see you again." You say nervously.
"I was wondering if I could take you on a date sometime. I know you barely know me, but I would love to take you out." He says quite fast, almost like he was nervous too.
There is no way this man just asked me out right now. No way. The man I've been dreaming about ever since last weekend Is asking me out right now?!
"Oh! Of course. I would love that." You manage to blurt out.
"Great! Here's my phone number," he hands you a little piece of paper, "give me a text whenever you're available?" He asks.
"Of course!" You say before he walks back to his group of people. You watch as the younger boys pat him on the back and give him high fives, you didn't realize they had been watching you two the whole time.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
It had been almost two weeks since Sam had asked you out and he already took you on multiple dates, having many laughs together, and getting to know each other. But every time you brought up the idea of going back to his place after dinner, he quickly shut the idea down. It was almost like he was hiding something from you.
You knew about him being a shapeshifter, along with the rest of the boys he's usually with. He told you on the second date and at first you didn't believe him until you took him back to your house to watch him shift into a gigantic black wolf.
And just when I thought my life was nice and peaceful.
You didn't mind it though, in fact, you thought it was amazing. But you still wanted to know why he was so against taking you to his house.
As he's driving you back to your house you decide to confront him, "Hey Sam, how come you never want me to come back to your place?"
He sighs. He knew it was time to tell you, but he didn't want to scare you away.
"Wolves are destined to imprint on their soulmates when they first encounter them. Imprinting is when a shapeshifter finds their soulmate and bonds with them for life. Their imprint is the center of their world now. (Y/n), I imprinted on you."
You think for a second, trying to gather all of that.
"Okay, but how is that stopping you from taking me to your house?"
"I was dating someone at the time when I imprinted on you... and the relationship ended badly, but she still chose to be in my pack. I'm afraid she'll say something she'll regret to you because ever since I broke up with her... she became bitter." He explains hesitantly.
"Rightfully so." You say. If you were Leah, you'd be bitter too. You completely understand why she would dislike you. But at the end of the day, Sam couldn't help who he imprinted on. It's just bound to happen.
“Take me there.” You say.
“What?” He questions.
“Take me to your house, Sam.”
“You don’t understand, I’m trying to prote-”
“I don’t care, I’ll have to meet her one way or another. And I’d love to meet the rest of the pack. This isn’t just about Leah, it’s about your pack too.” You say.
He pauses for a moment. “You’re right.”
You and Sam make your way to La push. On the way there, your nerves become more rampant. You’re hoping Leah is at least tolerant of you, not rude or bitter.
He parks the car, gets out, and opens the door for you. What a gentleman he is.
He opens the door to his house and you see the rest of his pack gathered in the living room, Leah is nowhere in sight.
Sam clears his throat to get everyone’s attention. “Guys, this is (y/n). (Y/n), that is Jacob, Paul, Embry, Quil, Jared, Kim, and Seth.”
They all give their hellos and waves. Seth comes up to you and shakes your hand, “it’s so nice to finally meet you. Sam talks about you all the time.”
“Oh really?” You say smiling as you turn towards Sam. You’ve never seen him blush that red before.
“Oh, look what the wolf dragged in.” Leah says bluntly from behind you and Sam.
You and Sam quickly turn around.
“You’re Leah, right? It’s nice to meet you.” You say in the sweetest voice possible.
Leah looks you up and down with a weird look on her face. Your heart begins to race as that same facial expression brings you flashbacks to high school when you were bullied everyday for what you were wearing.
To try to ease the tension you say, “look, Leah, I’m sorry for what happened and I completely understand wh-”
She scoffs, “Save it, I don’t want to hear what you have to say.” She says as she points her finger in your face.
She turns to Sam, “I can’t believe you had the nerve to bring your rebound into this house while I’m here. You disgust me, both of you.”
“Leah-” Sam says.
“No, I can’t believe you broke up with me for… that.” She says as she looks you up and down again.
Your breathing begins to pick up and your bottom lip begins to tremble at her derogatory remarks. You really thought leaving your hometown would seal your fate and make sure to never worry about such language spoken to you again, but apparently not.
“Either never bring her around again because I can’t stand to look at her or I leave the pack.” She says.
“Leah she’s my imprint-” Sam tries to says.
“I said I don’t care MULTIPLE times Sam. I hate her and I especially hate YOU.”
The feeling of knowing someone hates you without you doing anything flooded your mind. You know this feeling all too well. The trauma you had endured all throughout middle and high school just because you were an easy target.
It didn’t take long for the tears to start flowing down your face. You tried to cover up the sound of your sobs as you quickly make your way to the front door. You hurriedly make your way to Sam’s truck and begin to sob relentlessly as the trauma you thought you pushed away, hit you like a truck.
You hear the faint sounds of arguing in Sam’s house as you believed it to be Leah and Sam yelling at each other and the other pack members trying to calm them down. In no time, Sam is marching out of the house and opening the passenger door, quickly embracing you in a hug. His abnormally hot body temperature is soothing.
You didn’t want Sam to see you this way. It was almost embarrassing how worked up you got just from Leah’s words.
“I’m so sorry about her, (y/n).” Sam knew about your trauma and what you went through and he knew how much Leah’s words affected you. “I made she she’ll never, ever say anything like that to you again.”
“She’ll never like me.” You manage to mumble in between sobs.
“She will come around eventually, I promise. She may not like us together, but she has to deal with it one way or another.” He reassures you.
Sam was probably the most comforting person you’ve ever met in your entire existence. He would do absolutely anything for you. He was completely infatuated with you. That’s the Sam you fell in love with. His reassuring words always helped you calm down in times of need.
“I made her leave. You can come back in if you’d like. The pack wants to get to know you better since you’ll be around most of the time.”
“Okay.” You say quietly as you wipe the tears from your face.
“Good.” Sam says as he helps you wipe the tears and plants a kiss to your forehead.
After a few minutes of calming down, you and Sam walk hand in hand back into his house.
Seth immediately runs up to you and says, “Sorry about my sister. I promise she won’t do that ever again.”
“You don’t have to apologize, Seth. It’s okay.” You say.
He gives you a smile and urges you to come sit in the living room with the rest of the pack.
“Wanna play?” Jacob asks, holding up a stack of Uno cards.
“Duh!” You say.
For the rest of the night, you, Sam, and the pack played Uno with each other. A lot of arguing and laughter went on. Sam would sneak in a few kisses here and there.
“I said “One”!” Paul yells.
“You’re supposed to say “Uno,” it’s a Mexican game!” Jared yells back.
For the first time in a while, you felt home. You had your own little family after moving to Forks and you absolutely loved it. You had no sense of loneliness ever since you met Sam. He made you feel a part of his family.
The pack called you their “pack mom” and you wouldn’t want it any other way. Sam was absolutely head over heels for you. You could now say your life was perfect.
IT’S FATE
(Jacob Black x Uley!reader)
Warning(s): One POV switch
Summary: Visiting your aunt and uncle for the week. What could go wrong? Could your life change forever? Surely not...
_______________________________________________
You needed a break from Forks, it was boring. You wanted to sit by the beach and watch the waves crash onto the sand. You missed that. La Push is only a 20 minute drive from Forks, but you're never able to go because of your parents work schedule and you didn't have a car. So, you begged and begged your parents to drive you there to stay a week with your aunt and uncle, you haven't seen them in almost a year, and you desperately needed a change for a little.
The ride there wasn't bad at all besides your mom going on and on about how much she'll miss you and hounding you about being well behaved for your aunt and uncle.
"She'll be in good hands. Emily and Sam will make sure she stays in line." Your dad reassures your mom.
Yeah right, last time I was there Sam and Emily let me do whatever I wanted. You think to yourself.
The main reason why you wanted to go there was to get a little freedom from your parents. Ever since that rabid animal in Forks have been killing people your parents have been overly protective over you, and you couldn't stand it.
By the time you got there the sun had already set and the rain fell gently on the ground. You walk inside after your parents and as they have their little reunion with Sam and Emily you walk into the spare bedroom to put down all your luggage and settle in for the upcoming week.
You sit on the edge of the bed and put your phone on the nightstand, but something caught your eye. A picture frame of a bunch of teenage boys alongside Sam. You didn't recognize any of them. You analyze the picture closely. They were all barefoot, in jean shorts, and shirtless.
What is this? Some kind of cult?
Oh my God, is my uncle a cult leader?
You put down the picture and wipe the ridiculous thoughts from your mind. You head down the hallway and into the living room where your parents and aunt and uncle are.
"(Y/n)! I'm so glad you're here. Sam and I missed you so much!" Emily says. Emily was always your favorite aunt; she was always so bubbly and kind. You never questioned the scars that spread across the right side of her face. You always figured it was due to an accident from a couple years ago.
"It's good to see you, kid." Sam says as he gives you a quick hug. You are taken by surprise by his abnormal body temperature. He was hot, like too hot to be considered normal.
"I'm glad to be here Uncle Sam!" You say.
An hour passes by as your parents say their goodbyes to you, Sam, and Emily. You were so ready for this week of freedom and to spend time with your favorite aunt and uncle of course.
"I'm so glad you're here (y/n), I need another girl around here. The boys can be overwhelming sometimes." Emily says.
"The... boys?" You say with a raised eyebrow.
She pauses for a second before saying, "Uhm, yeah. Sam has this little friend group that's over almost every day."
"Oh, nice." You say.
You look over at that clock. It's already 10:30.
"Well, I guess I should be heading to bed now. Today was exhausting." You say to Emily.
"Goodnight sweetie! I'm waking you up early tomorrow so we can make breakfast together!"
You had no problem with that. You always loved cooking and baking with Emily because it was something your mom never really did with you.
You make your way to the spare bedroom and get comfortable in bed. You turn your head to look over at the picture sitting on the nightstand. If this is really Sam's friend group, then why do they all look like teenage boys?
Weird.
But one boy caught your eye. He was slightly taller than the others and had a very muscular build. He was kind of... beautiful in a way?
Your thoughts are interrupted by a knock on the door.
"Come in!" You say.
The door opens and Sam walks into the room. He looks down at your hand to see it holding the picture.
"Yeah... about that," he says hesitantly, "I swear I'm not in a cult, well, cult leader."
"I didn't think you were." You lie straight through your teeth. "I'm just wondering why my Uncle Sam is friends with a bunch of teenage boys." You laugh at the sentence you just said.
"You're going to think I'm crazy when I explain this, but I feel like you have the right to know why a bunch of teenage boys are going to be at my house almost 24/7." He starts.
"Go on..." You say with a weird expression painted on your face.
"And you're going to have to get used to a lot of things really fast when I tell you."
"Okay, now you're starting to scare me Uncle Sam. Just tell me already." You say.
"Do you remember that story I told you when you were younger about how the Quileute's descended from werewolves? And how they can shapeshift into wolves?" He says.
"Yeah! That used to be my favorite bedtime story you would tell me." You say, completely forgetting what this conversation was about as you begin to reminisce on your childhood.
"Well, that was a true story."
"Very funny Uncle Sam. Now can we get to the part about why you're friends with teenage boys?" You say, rolling your eyes jokingly.
He sighs and picks up the picture you were holding, "Those boys and I are shapeshifters." He says while pointing to the picture.
"Nuh uh." You say as your jaw practically hits the floor.
"Believe it or not, you'll see tomorrow." Sam says as he gets up and walks out of the bedroom, leaving your jaw on the floor and the picture frame on the bed.
You didn't even think to put much thought into what he said because you truly didn't believe him. You just decide to lay down and go to sleep.
Tomorrow is going to be interesting.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
You are awoken to a knock on your door. Emily pushes open the door and peeks her head through.
"Time to wake up sweetie, it's breakfast time!" She says.
You groan and slowly get up to check the time. "Aunt Emily, its 8:00. Why on God's green Earth do I need to be up this early to make breakfast?"
"We have a lot of mouths to feed. Now come on, get up!"
"Three mouths is a lot?" You question.
"No silly, the boys are coming over!"
Right, Sam's little cult of "wolves."
You make your way to the bathroom to change, brush your teeth, and brush your hair before starting breakfast with Emily.
You walk into the kitchen to see Emily already frying bacon on a pan. "I'll start the pancakes, Em."
As you cook together, she says, "So, I'm sure Sam told you about his little group."
"Yeah, are you sure he's alright? He was talking about being shapeshifters, which I totally do not belie-"
You were interrupted by the front door slamming open and a stampede of boys tumbling into the kitchen. You watch them with wide eyes as they all sit at the table.
Why are they all shirtless?
You try not to stare as you stand there awkwardly. Emily hands them the plate of pancakes, bacon, and muffins. Sam walks in and quickly gives Emily a kiss.
"Uh, who's this?" One boy asks and soon enough they are all staring at you.
"This is (y/n), my niece. (Y/n), that is Paul, Jared, Embry, and Quil." Sam says as he points to each of the boys.
"Hi." You say awkwardly with a little wave.
"Sweet." Paul says with a smirk.
"Paul, do not get any ideas, any of you's." Sam says warningly.
You continue to stand there awkwardly. You weren't getting any ideas either. You didn't really have time for boys, nor did you want a boyfriend.
Or so you thought...
"So, do you know or..." Paul asks.
"Yes." Assuming he's talking about them being shapeshifters.
"Oh and check it out, we can hear each other's thoughts." Embry says with a mouthful of muffin.
"Would you shut up? These are trade secrets. Damn it!" Jared exclaims.
You just purse your lips and nod your head slowly as they continue to argue.
"Where's Jake? He's missing out on a good breakfast." Emily says.
"He's running late. The doofus slept in again." Paul says while rolling his eyes.
Jake. That must be the boy that caught my eye in that picture.
You quickly eat breakfast as the boys and Sam head back outside. Emily grabs a cup of coffee and heads out to the front porch as you clean up breakfast.
As you are washing the immense amount of dishes you hear the front door open. You turn your head expecting it to be Emily, but instead it's a boy you haven't met before. And he's staring right at you.
To make the situation less awkward you decide to introduce yourself.
"Uhm, I'm (y/n), Sam and Emily's niece. I'll be staying here for the week." You say as you dry off your hands with a towel.
As soon as the word "niece" left your mouth you noticed his breathing began to pick up, like he was scared to hear that or something. He continues to stare at you before quickly turning around and running out the door.
That was weird.
You lay the towel on the counter and walk out to the porch and scan the surroundings for any sign of Jake. You look to your left to the yard and see…
WOLVES?
You gasp to yourself quietly. You observe them from a distance.
Yeah, maybe Sam wasn’t lying after all.
You see two wolves growling at each other before one runs off into the woods.
Was that Jake? You think to yourself. Surely I couldn’t have done something wrong, right?
-third person POV-
Jacob walks into Sam’s house to get leftover breakfast, until he made eye contact with her.
It was like gravity pulling him towards her. In that moment, she was the only thing that mattered. He was ready to do absolutely anything for her. To be anything for her, a brother, a friend, a lover. He couldn’t hear a word she was saying because he was so mesmerized by her, until…
“I’m Sam and Emily’s niece.”
He quickly snaps out of it.
Niece? Oh no.
Jacob quickly turns around and runs out the door. He is so angry at himself and quite frankly, scared. She’s Sam’s niece for crying out loud. He’s going to be so pissed.
He quickly shifts into his wolf form, but before it could make it to the woods, Sam sees his angry expression and stops him. Sam shifts into wolf form since he knows Jake has a hard time thoroughly expressing his feelings.
“You did WHAT?” Sam says through the pack telepathy. “You imprinted on my niece?!”
“Uh oh…” Embry says.
“I’m sorry Sam, you know we can’t control who we imprint on-” Jake says before getting cut off.
“Get out of my sight.” Sam commands.
Jacob whimpers and runs into the woods. He didn’t want Sam to be upset with him. He can’t help who he imprints on. It’s fate after all.
Soon enough, Jacob knows Sam will come around eventually. He can be upset about it now, but not forever.
-
Fast forward to a couple hours later, Sam slams the front door shut and marches through the kitchen.
“Uncle Sam, are you okay?” You ask worriedly.
“I’m fine.” He mumbles before walking down the hallway.
You were so confused. Jacob runs away from you after you introduce yourself to him, two wolves arguing, and a clearly angry uncle. It didn’t make any sense.
“Wanna go to the beach with us? I know you really wanted to.” Emily says, interrupting your thoughts.
“obviously!” Hopefully the beach will help you take your mind off things.
On your way there, you ask Emily, “Is Sam going to be there eventually? He seemed mad earlier.”
“Yes, he just needed to blow off some steam. Apparently Jacob… never mind.” She says quietly.
You decide not to pry. Maybe it was none of your business anyways.
Once you and Emily walk towards the beach you see Jared, Embry, Paul, and Quil playing football. From a distance you can make out a person sitting in the sand with their legs to their chest. It’s Jake.
You find a spot in the sand to sit and watch the waves crash along the sand. It’s peaceful. Just what you needed.
After sitting there for a few minutes you see Sam walking up to Jacob. He sits next to him and they talk for about five minutes before Sam gets up, pats Jake on the back, and walks away to play football.
Before you know it, Jacob is standing up and walking towards you.
Oh no, oh no, oh no.
You act like you don’t see him walking towards you and continue watching the ocean as you dig your fingers into the wet sand.
“Hey uh, I don’t think we’ve… properly met yet. I’m Jacob, Jacob Black.” Jacob says, clearly nervous.
“I’m (y/n) Uley, Sam’s niece, but I think you knew that already.” You say. “I hope I didn’t upset you early, I must’ve said something wro-”
“No, no it wasn’t you, it was me.” He says with a slight chuckle.
“What do you mean?” You ask.
“I, uh, imprinted on you. You’re my imprint.” He says nervously.
“Imprint?”
“It’s a wolf thing.”
“A wolf thing?”
“It’s not by choice. It happens involuntarily. When a shapeshifter first encounters their destined soulmate, it’s like a shift in gravity, like they become the center of their world, and you’d do anything for them, be anything for them.”
You smile as he explains it, obviously flustered.
“But uhm, it d-doesn’t have to be romantic or anything! I can be like a brother or a friend and your protector.”
You giggle. “Okay, I understand.” You say with a smile on your face and flushed cheeks.
“But it’s fate either way. My bond towards you will never change, ever.” He says.
“Fate. I’m okay with that.”
(Let me know if you want a part two! I’m totally open to doing so!)

SHE DID WHAT?!
(Sam Uley, Jacob Black, Wolfpack x reader - platonic)
Warning(s): fighting, mentions of blood
Summary: After getting sick and tired of being bullied, you decide to take matters into your own hands, but will that help or get you into more trouble? What will you do if the alpha of the pack is anything but happy with you?
——————————————————————————
It was hard enough being one of the only girls, with the exception of Leah, in the pack, along with getting relentlessly bullied at school for being a part of "Sam's cult."
Today was supposed to be a normal day for you, until of your classmates decided to make a huge mistake and bring up your dead father, a very sensitive subject to say the least.
Sam has sent Jacob to pick you up from school today as Sam was usually too busy to any day. The other pack members are usually skipping school because today was a Friday, and they always want their weekend to be "longer." Not you though, you actually care about your education.
As Jacob puts the truck in park and waits, he begins hearing faint chants of "fight, fight, fight!" in the distance. Jacob would have ignored it if it weren't for the fact that you were running on being 5 minutes late than you usually are. Jacob knew you weren't the type of person to be egging on a fight, so he decides to go investigate.
He marches over to the growing crowd of people, and it wasn't hard for him to catch a glance at a girl whose fist is about to connect with a boy's nose.
(y/n)? Oh, shit.
He quickly pushes himself through the crowd of high schoolers and stomps his way to you. He pushes you and the boy apart and gives you the "You are in deep shit" look. He glances over to the boy, who is now sitting on the ground holding his nose as blood pours out onto his hand and arm.
Jacob grabs your forearm and pulls you out of the crowd and practically throws you into the passenger seat of his truck. He was always like a brother to you, as was the other members of the pack, so you weren't surprised to see the look of disappointed displayed across his face.
He quickly shifts the gear and drives off, leaving a cloud of dust behind.
"What the hell was that?" he questions angrily.
silence.
He shoots his head towards you and if looks could kill right now, you would be dead.
You sigh and continue to look out the window. The trees seemed awfully interesting to you right now.
"Really? Just wait until Sam hears about this, then that mouth would be talking." He says bluntly.
The five minute ride home now felt like thirty from the awkward silence and tension. You knew he was right; you just couldn't admit it because you were secretly dying of fear at the thought of facing Sam with a bloody nose and messy hair.
Fast forward to Jacob pulling into Sam's driving and you swing open the car door before he even puts it in park. You run into the house before the rest of the pack members can even greet you.
"What's her problem?" Paul asks Jacob.
He explains the current predicament you are in.
"She did what?!" every pack member says in unison.
You weren’t the type to fight. They knew that. They were appalled to hear that you, out of all people, punched a kid in the face.
"Hi honey, how was sch-" Emily begins to ask before she realizes you are not in the mood for any sort of conversation. That and the fact that you didn't want to hurt her feelings by saying something you'd regret when you're angry.
You quickly walk into the spare bedroom, throw your book bag onto the ground, and look at yourself in the mirror. You have dried blood on the bottom of your nose and your hair looked like a rat's nest.
You hastily snap out of it once you hear heavy footsteps marching down the hallway. You know those footsteps. It's Sam. Jacob must have ratted you out to him. Snitch.
It didn't take long for you to open the bedroom window and climb out. Your heart felt like it was going to beat out of your chest as your feet hit the ground, and you begin running into the forest.
You turn around to see Sam sticking his head out the window.
"(Y/n), you get back here right. now." Sam yells. You have never heard him speak in such a commanding manner before, albeit when he is scolding Paul for trying to pick fights with his other pack members.
You would never disobey the alpha's orders, but today? It felt like you had no choice. You would rather run away then to face Sam's wrath. You can't lie, when Sam was angry you were scared of him, even if it wasn't you who was getting reprimanded.
Your lungs began to burn as you continue your getaway through the forest. You shift into your wolf form and continue running until you found a clear spot, far away from Sam’s house.
You pant as you make circles around the grass to make it comfortable enough to sleep in, since you planned on staying there for as long as possible.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Sam trudges down the hallway and into the kitchen, clearly angered.
“Where’s (y/n)?” Embry asks.
“She jumped out the window and ran into the woods before I could even open the damn door.” Sam says with gritted teeth.
“Oooooo-” Paul comments before getting smacked in the back of the head by Jacob.
“I’d be scared too if the alpha was pissed at me.” Quil exclaims.
“Quil.” Sam says.
“Yeah?”
“Shut up.”
“Yes sir.” Quil shuts his mouth after that.
“Everybody shut up and let me think.” Sam says while rubbing his temples.
“Jared and Paul, you’re on patrol for the rest of the day. Quil, you can stay here in case (y/n) decides to come back. Jacob and Embry, you’re coming with me.” Sam commands.
Jacob and Embry don’t fall far behind their alpha as they follow him into the forest. They quickly shift into their wolf form and use their keen sense of smell to direct them to you.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
You are awoken to the smell of another wolf in your vicinity. You quickly get up and scan your surroundings until you spot a brown wolf whose eyes are dead set on you. It’s Jacob.
You growl and snarl at him, not forgetting that he was the one who snitched on you.
“It’s orders to report back to the alpha when a pack member is in trouble.” Jacob says with the packs telepathy.
You say nothing, but instead growl deeply and flash your sharp teeth at him.
“You don’t scare me (y/n).” He says bluntly. “You can’t be mad at me for trying to fix the problem. Be mad at yourself for causing the problem.”
You lunge at him in response, sick of hearing him try to talk you down when he doesn’t even know the full story. He quickly gets you pinned onto the ground as his wolf form is much larger and stronger than yours.
“Step down. Don’t make this harder for yourself.” He says.
Just as you were about to fight back, a low growl is heard from the distance. It was a warning growl from none other than Sam.
Embry quickly follows behind him as he slowly approaches you and Jacob clearly in the midst of fighting.
Once you spot him you quickly get up with your ears lowered and tail in between your back legs, clearly frightened, but showing your alpha that you stepped down.
As Sam’s wolf hovers over your lowered form he spits out, “you better get back to my house right now or you are in even more trouble than before.”
You whimper, but quickly obey his orders and began walking back to his house, which clearly wasn’t a far walk in wolf form.
On your way there you begin to quickly regret your decisions of ever running away from Sam. You knew the rules, you knew the orders, you knew to never disobey the alpha, yet you continued to break those rules out of fear. Instead of facing your fears and problems, you chose to run away from them.
Sam was like a father figure to you considering you haven’t had a father since you were seven and disappointing him was one of your biggest fears.
You, Sam, Jacob, and Embry switch into your human form and walk into Sam house. Your head is down and you begin making your way to the spare bedroom, until it felt like you walked right into a brick wall.
“Not so fast young lady.” Sam says. “You’re coming with me.” He grabs your arm and sits you down at the kitchen table. He gives the other members of the pack a menacing glare and they all know to walk away.
“Jacob told me what you did and you have a minute to explain why.” He says.
You sigh.
“Some kid made a comment about my dead dad, so I punched him in the face.”
“So, you did it with reason.” He states.
“Yes, I wouldn’t punch a kid for no reason Sam.” You say with slight attitude.
“I understand, but you still disobeyed my orders. And running away? Really (y/n)? I expected better from you; my most well behaved member.” He says sadly.
“I didn’t want to disappoint you.”
“Well, you did, but not because you punched a kid, but because you ran away from me instead of facing your problems head on.”
“I’m sorry.” You say with deep sadness.
“You should be (y/n). But you live and you learn.” He says with a sigh.
Jacob walks into the kitchen with his arms crossed.
“And you. You made it seem like she almost killed him.” Sam says to Jacob.
“Sorry but-”
“Go away Jacob!” You say with tears coming out of your eyes.
“Don’t cry (y/n). It’s okay. I forgive you.” Sam says while getting up and rubbing your back.
“Now let’s get you cleaned up. You have dried blood on your face. And your hair… well, Emily can help you with that.” He chuckles.
You make your way over to the bathroom and he pulls out a rag and wets it and gently rubs it over the dried blood. He notices the slight bruises that is starting to appear around your nose.
“I bet you won’t do that again, huh?” He says while giving you a smile.
“No I will not.” You say confidently.
“Okay, I’ll have Emily come in here and help you with the mess you have on your head.” He says while walking out.
Sam is quickly replaced by Emily who is every pack members saving grace when it comes to injuries, hunger, you name it.
“My, my. You must’ve put up a fight missy.” She says sweetly.
“I sure did.” You say with a laugh.
She grabs a brush and starts to gently work out the small knots and bumps that formed. She had your hair fully combed in about five minutes and you were deeply grateful for working her magic.
“I think you should join us at the fire now. We missed you.” She smiles. Her smile convinced you enough. How could it not? She’s the sweetest person alive and does so much for the pack.
You and Emily make your way to the door.
“Oh, you might want this for your nose sweetie.” She hands you an ice pack.
You didn’t even realize the pain until now. The throbbing pain was quickly numbed by the cold ice being gently pressed against it.
You and Emily walk outside and towards the huge campfire where Sam, Jacob, Paul, Embry, Jared, Quil, Seth, Leah, Brady, and Colin all sit conversing with one another.
“Oh! Look who decided to join us!” Seth exclaims.
Leah almost looked relieved to see that the other girl of the pack was finally here. Jacob gave you a small smile, hoping you had forgave him by now, which you did.
“Shit starter is here!” Paul says. That is definitely going to be your new nickname from him for a few months now.
They all laugh at his comment as you walk over to sit in between Sam and Seth.
“We really did miss you (y/n)!” Seth says. He was always the sweetest pack member, always bringing a smile to your face.
“I know, I missed you all too.”
Sam gives you a quick side hug and says, “Don’t ever think about run away again missy. I need you in this pack, we all need you.”
“I agree!” Embry says from across the fire.
“I second that!” Quil yells.
“I third that!” Jared yells louder.
“Okay, okay, I get it guys.” You say with a chuckle.
They all laugh and began conversing with each other again. You take in the sight of these people that accepted you in as an anomaly because you’re a female shapeshifter. How quickly they took you in and how quickly they were to act like your brothers and sister.
How could you ever leave such a family like this? It’s perfect.

could you do edward x sick reader like she has the cold or flu please!!
IN SICKNESS AND IN HEALTH
(Edward Cullen x reader)
Warning(s): sickness (obviously), use of (y/n)
—————————————————————————————————————
You lay there stiff on the Cullens large couch. You’re covered up in a vast amount of blankets that Alice insisted on covering you up with. Your face is paler than usually, almost pale enough to fit in with the Cullens. And your constant moaning and groaning can be heard throughout the house.
Dr. Cullen is constantly checking in on you, checking your vitals and feeling your head with the back of his hand. Edward watches from afar, face painted with worry and anxiety. He has never seen you this sick before.
“She has the flu, Edward. She’ll make a full recovery in the next couple days. She’ll be alright.” Carlisle reassures his very anxiety ridden son.
“Are you sure? She’s as pale as a ghost!” Edward exclaims to his dad.
“My visions say she’ll be just fine, Edward!” A happy, high pitched voice says. That eases Edward’s anxiety a lot.
Edward walks over to sit and sits on the edge of the couch. Carefully, he brushed his cold hand against your cheek.
“You’re very warm. Are you sure you don’t want me to take you to your house to your own be-”
“No,” you say, opening your eyes to look into his golden ones. “Please, just stay here with me.”
“As you wish, dear.” He says, giving you a small smile.
You sigh. “You shouldn’t have to deal with this though. I look awful, I feel awful. I mean what if I d-”
“You’re not going to die (y/n). I won’t let that happen.”
“But what if-”
“Shhh.”
You huff knowing he’s right.
“Sit up for a second.” He requests. You sit up with a groan.
Where your head was lying is now replaced by Edward as he motions you to lay back down. Your head now rests comfortably against his upper thigh. His icy skin piercing through his pants with ease. It’s like fire against ice. And it definitely helped the aching feeling in your head. You can feel his eyes scanning over your face.
“Don’t look at me. I look like death right now Edward.” You groan.
He chuckles. “My dear (y/n), I love you through sickness and in health.” He sees you smile.
“I love you too.” You mumble. You lay there pondering for a few minutes.
“If I die would you turn me into a vampire?” You say quickly so he wouldn’t interrupt you this time.
He sighs and looks down at you. “Thats a conversation for another day.” He says while running his fingers through your hair.
You sigh and accept the defeat.
And that night, through every ups and downs of your flu, he stayed exactly where he was. He was your silent, gentle guardian who made sure you were safe and sound throughout the night.
Carlisle and Esme watch from afar as Edward rubs your arm as you sleep.
“They’re cute, aren’t they?” Esme asks Carlisle.
“Definitely.” He answers with a smile.
Rosalie walks by the living room giving you and edward a quick glance.
“Stupid humans and their stupid flaws.” She says as she walks away.
“Rosalie.” Carlisle says in a not-so-nice tone.
Edward just ignores her and watches your chest slowly rise and fall. Poor humans. He thought. Poor (y/n).

ICE COLD
(Edward Cullen x reader)
Warning(s): none
A/N: thank you for the request anon! I apologize for such a short fic, the request didn’t really have any specifics, but I tried my best!🫶🏻
—————————————————————————————————————
The rain fell quietly on the rooftop as the sun began to set. It’s peaceful in the Cullen household today. There’s a quiet hum that ran throughout the house. Soothing and comforting. But nothing is more soothing than Edward holding you close.
You and Edward walk hand-in-hand towards his bedroom. In the middle is a bed; he placed a bed in his room just for you. But what’s a bedroom without a bed?
“A bed?” You ask. “But I thought you don’t sleep, like ever?”
“It’s not for me. It’s for us.” He says, flashing you a quick smile.
He swiftly walks over to his record player and presses play. An instrumental piece plays quietly. He shyly looks over to you, “it’s Debussy.”
“Come here.” He says, urging you to come to the bed that now takes up a good portion of his room. The bed set fits his room perfectly. The covers are a dark blue color that gives his before plain white room a now comforting touch.
“What side do you prefer dear?” He says, waiting at the side of the bed.
“Uhm, the wall.” You say quietly. Edward always made you pick what you liked the most even though he knew you were indecisive about most things.
He gestures his hand to the bed. You quickly climb onto the far side of the bed and lay down as he does the same. His body relaxed, yet poised.
He turns his head to admire you. His golden eyes scanning over your face. He never got tired of looking at you, it seemed. He slowly takes his hand to the small of your back and gently pushes you closer to him.
Your head lays on his bicep and your forehead lays on his chest. His body is cold. Ice cold. It’s comforting against your warm skin. His arm wraps around you to place his hand against the back of your head. His hand brushes through your hair with a kind of gentleness nobody else could have.
He holds onto you as if you were going to vanish if he didn’t. It felt like you were on the safest place on earth. His unwavering embrace held you as if you were a delicate porcelain doll that could break at any moment.
He speaks up quietly, “I never realized how comforting a bed could be with another person in it.”
He could feel you smile against his chest. If vampires could blush, he’d definitely have pink cheeks right now. He was always a sucker for your smile. It brought him happiness, a comfort that felt like home.
Has he never laid in a bed with another person before in his 100 plus years of being on this earth? You thought.
“Never.” He reassures you. Sometimes you forget he can read minds.
His finger gently trace along your back sending shivers up your spine. “I could stay like this forever.” You mumble against his chest.
“We can stay like this for as long as you wish, my love.”
He looks down to softly kiss you on your forehead, his lips are like snowflakes falling onto you in the dead of winter.
There was nothing more you needed than him in this very moment. Nothing but Debussy playing quietly in the background and the gentle sound of your breathing barely escaped the room.
The peace of this was something you never knew you needed until now. The outside world is forgotten as you and Edward lay there, tangled up in each other’s presence. You could definitely get used to his ice cold skin quickly. It felt right. It felt perfect.
As you and Edward lay there he hears your heartbeat slow down. Your breaths become gentler. It’s music to his ears. Your body goes limp against his. You’ve fallen asleep. And Edward will stay embracing your figure for hours until you wake up. He wouldn’t want it any other way.
“I love you.” He says quiet enough to not wake you up. He knows you’re asleep, but those are his three favorite words to say to you.
There you would lay for hours until the morning sun crept through the tall trees and lit up the room.
He could stay like this forever.

Hello! After a lot of consideration I’ve decided I wanted to start writing fanfiction again after taking a two year break. I’ve never written fanfiction on here before so it’ll be new to me. I might be a little bit rusty at first but I’ll get the hang of it in no time!
I’m hoping I reach the right audience with this post and I hope it gets at least a little traction!!
Fandoms I will write for:
~Twilight (fandom I will mostly be writing for)
~MCU
~TWD
~Dexter
~Wednesday
(If these change or I want to add more I will let you guys know! I will write for any character; male or female!)
I will write for almost every character in these fandoms. I will very rarely deny a request for a character!
What I will write:
~Fluff
~Platonic
~Angst
~Some mature contents
~One shots, headcannons, multi-part stories
What I will not write:
~Smut (this might change in the future so beware.)
Please don’t be afraid to send me requests for any of these fandoms! I would love to make your requests come to life by writing them for you!
