Since KCD2 came out, the fandom got a lot bigger and seems very much alive! so I decided to repost my old kcd fanart - made before the second game came out.

I still love the first and the second one very much.

Bills left me broke so I need your support. I'm opening full-render comms for a while. You can see examples of the render above. Background is either one color or sth simple.

Been going through Edmund's games lately. As a person, who fixates on character design, I want to point out how simple yet fantastic characters in his games are. They are easy to recognize, like you can see just one npc from any of the games and say "yeah, that's edmund's character alright". Despite their simplicity, they are unique and fun looking, also nice to draw. Love characters like that

Yep. Originally I haven't even thought about it, expect that this character had a lot of my personal traits. Then my autistic friend pointed out that it's so obvious how autistic Imri is and I was like !!! oh. (I am autistic as well of course, btw.)

So he is kind of neurodivergence/non-binary representation, made by oblivious neurodivergent non-binary person. Nothing in the script/story says it but now I assume it's really obvious haha. Also want to point out that lot of ynstbh characters are non-binary just in a different ways.

Ooo curious question about Imi cause he's such a curious man. How empathetic or sympathetic would you say he is?

Oh probably zero. Or 0.1 maybe. He's not bad or evil, he just doesn't understand humans at all. He tries his best though.

There's a long train of thought with a billion things goes on like

"Oh this person is crying. They are probably sad? Do I know them? Should I ask what happened or this will make them even more sad? Can I approach this person? They are not dangerous. Alright. They can't hurt me but they still can lie to me. It's fine. I can try to help them with words maybe. Sorry, if you'll touch me I'll probably attack you on a reflex."

And on and on and on... Sometimes Imri needs to be nudged into a right direction so that's what angel does usually

I apologize if you've answered this before, but I'm curious if you apply the dithering effect to your paintings after they're done, or if the digital screentones are applied manually? Either way, you employ these skills very impressively and I love to see your artwork <3
