When all of a sudden awkward eye contact is not so awkward anymore and all is left is the look of a man constantly looking at her with such a desire that she can’t help the feeling of her skin burning in desire of being in his arms as well.
And then one day she realized it wasn’t about the touches and kisses that made her feel loved but even more empty it was about finding a place to run to every time she had to face her own issues, the love she felt for herself fated out when he came into her life as she chose to give it all to him without expecting none of it in return.
How long will it take? Days, weeks, months or even years to gain that love back…or maybe it will never happen and she’s just holding on to the illusion of her so beloved “lover” to love her in return.
One more young and foolish girl has fallen, how many more is there to fall? how many other hearts is there to break? She wasn’t born this way, not at all in her short life she has gone through so much pain that she can’t offer nothing more than just heart breaks, disrespect and not even one fuck to those who talk down on her.
And has she lays in the dark every night, she wonders if there will ever be a way to fix herself or even harder to find a person that will truly love her and save her from her own self. Or is it maybe find her true self that she needs?

6 Powerful Ways To Protect Yourself From Negative Energy
1. Authenticity - being true to ourselves. We can avoid unnecessary suffering by being 100% authentic and only saying yes when we want to say yes and no when we want to say no instead of acting in the interests of others which opens the possibility of manipulation.
2. Gratitude - giving thanks each day. Negativity cannot thrive where there is gratitude, where there is gratitude there is abundance, where there is abundance there is love and where there is love there is peace.
3. Mindset - whatever we focus on grows. If we choose to dwell on the negativity we experience it will consume us, this is why having a strong positive mindset is absolutely essential for overcoming negativity. Every day may not be good, but there will be some good in every day.

4. Meditation - clearing the mind. Being present with ourselves and practicing detachment from thought helps to clear the mind and makes looking within significantly easier because we are not distracted by the movement of thought.
5. Exercise - working out the energy we pick up from others. Emotions are energy in motion and must be allowed to express themselves through the body, one of the ways we can do this is through moving into the body. This also helps to prevent the manifestation of poor mental and physical health.
6. Introspection - looking within. By spending time with ourselves we can gain an understanding of the energy we’ve accumulated throughout the day instead of getting it confused with our own. We can begin by asking “from whom do these thoughts arise?”
Negativity cannot thrive where there is gratitude.

7 Daily Practices You Need To Use To Create More Happiness In Your Life
1. Gratitude - giving thanks for what we have. When we give thanks for what we have we are telling the universe to give us more of what we have by aligning ourselves with the abundance mindset. Giving thanks for what makes us happy attracts more of what makes us happy.
2. Positivity - looking for the good in every situation. Being positive doesn’t mean lying to ourselves in tough times, it means understanding when we’re being tested by the universe and looking for the lessons we can learn rather than focusing on the negativity. 
3. Mindfulness - being present in the now. Our deepest and most fulfilling joy occurs in the now - when our minds drift outside of the present moment we are robbing ourselves of the opportunity to experience happiness.
4. Exercise - moving into the body. Our brains release endorphins when we exercise and these are feel-good chemicals. One of the simplest ways to create happiness in our lives is to move into the body through exercise.

5. Perspective - knowing that everything is temporary. Everything has its end - the good times and the bad - creating happiness out of negative situations requires us to maintain perspective and know that this too shall pass.
6. Love - doing what we love & loving what we do. Doing something we love every single day is how we take responsibility for how we feel and use our actions to create the frame of mind we want to have rather than allowing the world to dictate one to us.
7. Karma - giving what we want to receive. If happiness is what we seek, we must acknowledge that we attract what we are - therefore to attract happiness we must align our actions with it. This can be done by being the reason someone smiles or doing good deeds for others without expecting them to reciprocate. 
True happiness exists in the present moment.
