yea yea I'm a big Dreamling shipper because they're just very cute together and I like their lore blah blah blah, BUT ALSO I think they deserve each other! I think neither of them deserves better or worse. I think they are both morally grey, I think they've seen each other at their best and at their worst, I think that Dream's former consorts did not deserve such an asshole of a boyfriend, I think that Hob is just enough of a dickhead himself to deal with Dream's arrogant/selfish side. Hob deserves someone as immortal as him, someone who won't die on him, someone he won't ever have to leave unless he wants to, someone who's jealous and arrogant, but also soft and ever curious. Meanwhile Dream deserves someone who doesn't care for his power over his character, someone who keeps coming back, someone who is so intrinsically human, in all the good and bad ways.

I think about them a lot.

Listening to Georgia and David talk makes me realise just how fucking sweet they are together.

It's instantly audible that he feels 100 % safe with her. He talks so freely and it's wonderful to witness. When they talked about his dad, he laughed a small little laugh I've never heard from him in any interview or role or anywhere. That was a giggle he shared with his wife, who shared it with all of us.

That's another thing that made me so happy: she rightfully stated that he's theirs, her's and their children's. But a tiny little bit, a fraction of him, is our's, the world's, too.
