Well, this was something she didn’t see every day. The clanking sure made her nervous, eyeing the Bannerman carefully before reaching out and accepting the flowers and chocolate. Honestly speaking if it had wanted her dead, she would’ve been, so she was willing to take the chance.

“Thank ya, fella. Say, yer lookin’ a bit rusty there. If y’want, I c’n take a look see n’fix ya up a bit.” She wasn’t sure if it could understand her, but why not. Besides, looked like it fell out of a tree and hit every branch on the way down.
