White tulip mean pure love, victory, peaceful, forgiveness and apology. In episode 29, Mr. Kousei placed white tulips at the place where Akari died as if he wanted to find peace and forgiveness from his daughter.

Akari holding a white tulip when appearing as Neon's mirror image in episode 30 seems to tell Neon to keep fighting, it’s not Neon’s faults and hope Neon finds peace.
