I’ve been struggling for a long time with a look that I really like, and I think I finally found it!

I definitely wanted black and white, and the red and yellow is also perfect. Also, I’m in love with that belt. 😍 My hair being blue is just a happy coincidence. 😂

The back is of course, Memory of Cayde cloak which I haven’t taken off since I got it.

C = Cuddle - how would they cuddle their s/o?

A very clingy lad, always latched onto you in some way, even if you pry him off of you he'll just latch back on, he's okay with pretty much any position, but being the little spoon is probably his favorite, he's a heavy-ish sleeper, best way to get him up is to threaten to eat all of his spicy ramen or hood morning kisses

F = Family - Do they want a Family? If they do when?

Nah, he has you Sundance, Connell, and his fireteam so thats Family enough for him.

J = Jealous - Do they get Jealous easily? How do they deal with it?

He does, but hes confident that you won't cheat. He can get very touchy when he sees someone flirting with you, be prepared for him to come up from behind and wrap his arms around your waste and smoothly inserting himself into the conversation. Giving the flirty person, a scary lil' glare as he does.

M = Marriage - Do they want to get married? How do they propose? What would marriage be like?

I don't think the contact of marriage is still relevant amoung Guardians, since they don't truly have any time to settle down, especially the Vanguards. But anyway-

He'd be down. He'd propose at the end of a date, that took place in on of his favorite spots in the wilderness, mf couldn't get an actual ring so he made ya a ramen ring instead, and wraps a mini hunter banner(in his colors) around your finger.

N = Nicknames - What do they call their s/o?

Babe, Babes, Baby, Honey, Hot stuff, God, my 2nd favorite ramen bowl, the one person I would totally share my ramen with, Connells 2nd parent,

Destiny Subclasses!

(Basically this, but transparent)

Ok, I figured it out.

Gunslingers: 

Incredibly sharp eyesight

Can sense heat signatures and track them across pretty wide areas of land

Known for unbelievably good aim 

Depth perception and spatial awareness are the highest out of any subclass

They don’t have that great of hearing, relatively on par with a normal human, and sometimes experience a faint ringing in their ears lasting up to hours after using the Golden Gun

Every smell has a faint hint of gunpowder to it 

Balance is always just slightly off, damage to the inner ear caused by close proximity to loud noises (Golden Guns) cause them to be the least agile of the Hunters but they are definitely the showiest

The most lonesome of the subclasses when it comes to missions, Gunslingers prefer to run by themselves or in very small groups

While they are solitary, Gunslingers are very useful to have around when hunting powerful enemies

Very, very, very loud and very easy to see

Fast but conspicuous, they have trouble being stealthy

Tend to be rather charismatic and friendly, their physical warmth is often reflected in their personalities

A Gunslinger is pretty much always going to be a people person

They’re just… warm. Like, literally and metaphorically

Bodies are always giving off heat, which can be somewhat uncomfortable for other people but makes it makes them very good at handling extreme tempatures

Arcstiders:

Very keen eyesight

Capable of picking out individual energy signatures and trailing them for miles

The fastest out of any subclass

Are the most sensitive to the physical world out of all Hunters, keenest sense of touch, allowing them to sense the tiniest differences in air pressure, every shift in winds or change in temperature

Hearing similar to Gunslingers, if slightly better

Sense of smell clouded by the constant smell of rain

Balance is unbelievable, easily the most athletic of Hunters

Very good at going off on their owns, Arcstriders don’t very often need a fireteam to back them up, but they do welcome company

They are pretty good at add clearage but it’s a roaming super so that’s to be expected

They tend to move rather quietly but due to the flashy and bright nature of Arc energy they’re pretty easy to pick out

Tend to be a bit more cool and unbothered than Gunslingers,  but when under pressure they often act very impulsively, they have very focused animated energy to them

Arcstiders often aren’t all that sociable, but they’re great fun to be around

They have very dynamic personalities, and they’re very good at getting other people to feel energized

Bodies are constantly giving off static electricity so it’s very common to get shocked if you touch them

Nightstalkers:

They have terrible eyes. Thank god for their helmets because Nightstalkers are literally always near or farsighted. It is literally impossible to find a Nightstalker with 20/20 vision

They can sense and track auras thanks to the Void

They have unbelievably good hearing

Keenest sense of smell out of any Guardians, they remember scents very well and are able to follow them for miles, this has led to Nightstalkers being jokingly referred to as Bloodhounds

Balance is OK, they where the first Hunters to learn how to Dodge, and they are incredible acrobats

I cannot stress how stealthy Nightstalkers are. You will never hear them coming, and with how good they are at disappearing, it’s very unlikely you’d see them either

Speaking of vanishing, they are very good at it. Like to the point where there are times when the City will just completely lose track of Nightstalkers for months at a time. A Nightstalker can disappear in the middle of an empty room and you will not find them

They are the least sociable out of any class. They’re quiet and distant by nature and tend to seem rather cold and calculated

But if you’re willing to push past the aura of mystery and secrets that follows Nightstalkers where ever they go, you’ll find that they’re rather easygoing. Nightstalkers have to be team players, the nature of Shadowshot doesn’t grant them the privilege of being loners

Most people assume that Nightstalkers are serious because of how secretive they are, but they are, in fact, absolute idiots with the most devil-may-care attitudes

Nightstalkers can communicate with each other over the Void and all they ever do is talk trash to each other

They are very cold to the touch and you’ll pretty often find them complaining about how cold it is and how they’re freezing

First impression: I loved him from the start. I’ve always been a huge sucker for comic relief characters and Cayde was no exception. 

Impression now: First of all I’m still sad about it even though it’s been two years since he died. He made lots of mistakes, yeah, but he’s still one of my favorite characters, and doing the mission where you find all his caches on Titan made me cry

Favorite moment: Every time this dumbass comes back on comms in the Exodus Down strike and sings, I can’t help but smile. Plus the moment where he’s riding the debris down to the bottom of the Prison of the Elders in the Forsaken mission and salutes to Petra? That’s just *chef’s kiss*.

Idea for a story: Mmmm I’ve always wanted to write angsty fanfic for Cayde, but the Destiny lore is so huge and complex I wouldn’t even know where to start. That’s the main thing keeping me back from it tbh. Plus, I didn’t start playing Destiny till Destiny 2 came out in 2017 (I later went back and played the first one) so I feel like there’s a lot I’d have to catch up on, lmao.

Unpopular opinion: I don’t think people should be so salty that we’re still sad about him being gone. He’s a beloved character and even though a lot of his original content is gone, he’s still one of my favorites. (I’ll forever be salty they didn’t just make a Destiny 3 :/) My heart absolutely broke when he died and part of me is a little salty that the marketing was so focused on CAYDE DIES, GET REVENGE. I feel like they should have kept his death a secret to make a bigger impact *shrugs*.

Favorite relationship: I love his friendships with Zavala and Ikora, and tbh, I’ve thought about shipping him with Ikora sometimes. I know he’s got a background with Andal but I barely know anything about it, so I really need to do a lore dive, hahaha. His letter to his Queen absolutely shatters my heart to this day thanks

Favorite headcanon: Ooooooh, ummm... I actually headcanon that he’s a huge softie behind the devil-may-care attitude and humor, but that’s pretty much a given I feel like. I feel like he was really, genuinely afraid for his life when he lost his Light during the Red War, and was jealous of the Young Wolf too.
