Intermittent Fasting Vs. Macros Counting
Let me start by saying, I have tried both Intermittent Fasting (IF) and Macros Counting (MC) and have felt great with both. That being said, I am only on week 2 of IF and not only have I noticed a huge boost energy levels, appearance and my appetite is back in full swing. When I was on my 8 week Macros Counting phase I started noticing the biggest change in appetite around week 3 and appearance in week 4. So Im excited to see the difference 8 weeks has to offer!
Intermittent Fast (For me):聽
- EAT EAT EAT as much as I want from 12p - 8p
- NOTHING but fluids from 8pm - 12p
