Tip: do not spontaneously click on "smart activation of do not disturb" on your iphone cause you may get all kinds of notifications, sms's, incoming calls EVERYTHING blocked for an entire day or more, depending on when you see what happened. My dad appeared on my door step worried to death cause I hadn't answered anything and my mom had a surgery in the hospital to remove her gall bladder. I'm crying cause I missed out on so much that is truly important and I hate the design of the focus modes on iphone. It's way too technical and doesn't explain to you what is actually does

Make sure to keep drinking water! I’ve lived out in the deserts of the US where it gets to over 100F (I think that over 37C) Cold/cool showers are a great way to bring your core body temp down so at least it’s not completely unbearable.

I'm walking around chronically with a mocktail mojito in hand, I also got to borrow a fan from my parents so I am as equipped as I can be. Thank you for the advice!
