the hatchetfield halloween party made me realize I totally missed Hannah's birthday (sorry girlie) and I've been meaning to do more Hatchetfield fan art anyway—i have SO many ideas i wanna try, it's honestly overwhelming—so instead of drawing anything for NPMD, here's a Hannah from Black Friday! and a Webby! (fun fact spiders creep me out so this is the first time I've ever drawn one as more than a tiny scribble, lmao)

i had a lot of fun with this! only spent about 5 hours on it, just taking it easy and enjoying myself, not worrying too much about perfection. it was a nice break from the PM art I've been working on for the last like. couple weeks, lmao.

Welcome to Blinky's Rewatch Party!

Hello Nighthawks, Sniggles, and Latte Hottays! You've found the official tumblr page for Blinky's Rewatch Party--where we organize semi-regular watch parties of Nightmare Time 2 episodes as part of our campaign to both share our love of NMT and hopefully get our grubby little hands on Nightmare Time 3!

FAQ with all the basic info under the cut!

WHEN ARE THE REWATCH PARTIES?

These parties are about maintaining long-term interest and preventing viewing numbers from stagnating completely, not about a mad dash right at the start. With that in mind, it's gonna take a couple of weeks before the actual parties start, partly because I'm in the middle of moving, and partly because I'd like to get as many people involved as possible, so I'm looking into organizing the watch parties across multiple social media platforms and also addressing time zones. We also need to figure out just what these watch parties will entail (one story at a time or one whole episode? Every two weeks or once a month?). The first round of polls should be coming out on this blog at the end of the second week of November. So make sure to check back repeatedly for updates, and as soon as we know what we're doing, we will let you know!

HOW CAN I PARTICIPATE?

First off, you can follow this blog! It's not super necessary, but it will make keeping up with any updates easier. Also, likes and ESPECIALLY reblogs of any and all posts are greatly appreciated--I don't really care about notes for notes' sake, but since the whole point is to keep people watching Nightmare Time, I'd love for the parties to reach as many people as possible!

Besides that, the best way to participate is to answer the polls when they start coming out around the end of the second week of November! This way, you can help us shape the best possible communal watch party experience.

Once the parties actually start, we'll be announcing a hashtag to use here on tumblr. You can use this hashtag to live-blog your thoughts and reactions while watching, post one giant brain-dump at the end of each party, and/or see what all of your fellow rewatchers are saying! And if you can't make the particular party time, that's okay! The hashtag won't be going anywhere; you can watch at some other point and post about it when convenient.

If the tumblr tagging system isn't your ideal communal watching experience, that's cool too. We'll be set up on several other social media platforms that you are welcome to check out!

WHAT OTHER SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS? HOW DO I FIND YOU THERE?

We'll be hosting the watch parties here on tumblr, but also on Discord, YouTube, and Twitter.

We don't have a specific YouTube page--we'll simply be hosting the watch parties in the comments sections of the Nightmare Time episodes themselves. This will have the added bonus of really showing increased interest in NMT, and getting us one step closer to our ultimate goal: MORE HATCHETFIELD!

I don't really do fandom twitter, so I'm still figuring that out at the moment. Check back here for more updates soon!
